    1. They were the designers of the suicide bombers vest that most terrorist \u00a0groups like\u00a0 ISIS \u00a0& Al Qaida<\/strong> use world wide now..<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. LTTE though laid to rest in Sri Lanka in May 2009,the international groups that sustained them through support\u00a0 with funds and propaganda, located particularly in the UK, Rest of Europe, Canada, USA & Australia among others , still continues largely intact.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

By displaying this\u00a0 LTTE personalized plate, the owner , \u00a0who I believe is , as per CarJam\u00a0 information, A Sri Lankan Tamil named \u00a0Ushanthan Balakrishnan of 30\/134 Dixon Street, Te Aro, Tel 021 0210225, <\/strong>is brazenly declaring support <\/strong>to LTTE and so to Terrorism <\/strong>on New Zealand roads.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Many Sri Lankans , especially Sri Lankan Sinhalese the target of LTTE\u00a0 terrorism came to New Zealand \u00a0to escape from LTTE terrorism in Sri Lanka and have suffered from this terrorism or know people close to them who have so suffered. Hence this open display of support to LTTE is very offensive<\/strong> to them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Also by being so offensive, the owner of the plate is being provocative \u00a0to the LTTE\u00a0 victimized Sri Lankan Sinhalese \u00a0and so threatening the peace of New Zealand .<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

By being so provocative they are also threatening racial harmony and causing racial tensions<\/strong> between the Sri Lankan\u00a0\u00a0 Sinhalese \u00a0the victims of tiger terror and Sri Lankan Tamils whom Mr. Balakrishnan represents, some of whom were the perpetrators of terror.<\/li>\n

              3. For the reasons contained in items 4,5,6,&7, <\/strong>I appeal to the New Zealand police to.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a)\u00a0 Work with NZTA\u00a0 to have the LTTE plate withdrawn.<\/strong><\/li>\n
              4. b) Have Mr Balakrishnan placed under Police surveillance for supporting terrorism and threatening the peace of New Zealand.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
