Well ,Well .we have heard some golden words from a Non-Hayward expert .I have been writing article after article about how the investment in Sri Lanka can be boosted by having such a dialogue and expedite implementation<\/p>\n

Nobody listened to me or read my suggestions. It is high time the bureaucrats gets together and invite all of us with wide exposure and have a brain storming session ,I can give some suggestions and proposals which will be quite useful .<\/p>\n

First of all we have to lock up the JVP\u00a0 and JOC leadership into\u00a0 a big room\u00a0 ( Welikada Remand may be the best location as they go in and out from there and very familiar with the surrounding ) and give the same agenda and ask them to arrive at a development plan ..<\/p>\n

In parallel appoint top private and public sector CEO\u2019s \u00a0also and lock them in \u00a0a large room \u00a0( may be in a \u00a0five start hotel with only fruits to consume like moneys ) incommunicado for same time period\u00a0 and ask them to thrash out a development plan<\/p>\n

Once it is completed analyse resolutions from both parties and select the ones which are identical and similar then plan for implementation.<\/p>\n

This may be a more democratic way of doing things in this monkey Kingdom\u201d !<\/p>\n

I suggest that we change the word monkey\u201d to a\u00a0 donkey and we have so many donkeys in our state apparatus !<\/p>\n
