V. Vigneswaran would be arrested and remanded, Pivithuru Hela Urumaya leader Udaya Gammanpila says.<br \/>\nThe observation was made during a press conference held in Colombo this afternoon (26).<br \/>\nHe pointed out that C. V. Vigneswaran was the chief organizer of the Ezhuga Tamizh\u201d (Tamils Arise) rally that was held in Jaffna last week.<br \/>\nGammanpila stressed that legal action should be taken against Vigneswaran on the allegation of spreading racism. They do not want Sinhalese in the North and they are against building Buddha statues there,\u201d he added.<br \/>\nHe went on to say the police could take action against the Chief Minister over this incident, as they sued Ven.
