E. W. Gunasekera was released. When preparing that report, Arjuna Mahendran vowed that it was the Prime Minister who gave \u2018instructions\u2019,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>And they thought, they would be able to hide the truth with the COPE led by Sunil Handunnetti.
