PHU leader Udaya Gammanpila made the observation at a press conference held in Colombo.<\/p>\n<p>We doubt whether he allegedly attempts to siphon off money in the guise of buying machinery by spending billions of rupees for a liquor factory in Pasikuda through over invoicing, Gammanpila said.<\/p>\n<p>The PHU also insisted the government to take immediate steps to cancel the primary dealer license of the Perpetual Treasuries Pvt Ltd. These offenders should be indicted without any delay.
