Its shares have also rocketed since the missile strikes last week.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"media__item \" src=\"https:\/\/cdni.rt.com\/files\/2018.04\/article\/5ad62a89dda4c8e25d8b45ad.jpg\" alt=\"PM\u2019s husband\u2019s Capital Group is largest shareholder in BAE, shares soar since Syrian airstrikes\" width=\"621\" height=\"349\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The fact has not gone unnoticed by some on Twitter, who agree that BAE Systems has done very well out of the UK-US-France allied airstrikes on Syria, which were sanctioned by Theresa May. It has been reported that the UK\u2019s contribution to military strikes was to fire eight \u2018Storm-Shadow\u2019 missiles at an alleged chemical weapons facility, each of which cost \u00a3790,000 ($1.13 million) \u2013 totaling \u00a36.32 million ($9 million).
