Fernando has continuously attempted to mislead people who want to access the PCoI report.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tennakoon said that he had written to Fernando on\u00a0January 18,\u00a0asking for the complete report of the PCoI. &#8220;In response, he said he had sent the report to all MPs.
