First we hold a Primary Election to select best 5 out of above list using Dialog voting system by SMS in the same way as selecting Sri Lankan version of I have got talent )<\/p>\n

Then we hold the main election for the President and impose a rule not have any public meeting or any banners not TV and paper Advertisement or face book publicity<\/p>\n
