Some nursing homes started charging immediately and others started late. \u00a0Then there was another news item saying it will not be charged from the first of this month. Some nursing homes stopped altogether but some are still charging form doctors\u2019 fees. When inquired they say they have not received the circular. How come other nursing homes have received it? And when they do receive it, will they refund it to the doctors and patients?
