Mr Basil Rajapakse has laid foundation\u00a0 to build the New Leadership Talent with new blood much needed by Sri Lanka.\u00a0 His plan and plan implementation worked with minute details with a fine time line clearly and cleverly established.<\/p>\n

His power to convince the President and the Prime Minister, communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality <\/strong>must be respected.\u00a0 His power base is people. He does not derive power<\/strong> from his role<\/strong>.\u00a0 As Management Guru Mary Parker Follett, The Mother of\u00a0 Modern Management\u00a0 (1868-1933)\u00a0 described \u00a0the methodology\u00a0 and art of getting things done through the people\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

She has established the mechanism to:<\/p>\n

  1. Increase the number of Leaders rather than\u00a0 decreasing;<\/li>\n
  2. Train Leaders to move for\u00a0 Powering With\u201d<\/strong> instead of Powering Over\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>A leader pregnant with Over Power\u201d<\/strong> will destroy himself and his followers.\u00a0 A leader blessed With Power\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 carry himself diagonally opposite direction and take his followers with him;<\/li>\n
  3. Deal with Conflicts.\u00a0 Analyse conflicts into Destructive Conflicts and Constructive Conflicts.\u00a0 Capitalise on Constructive Conflicts, convert \u00a0Destructrive Conflicts into\u00a0 Constructive Conflicts. ( <\/strong>For example you will notice each time you start your microwave it is likely to rotate in the opposite direction from that of its previous cycle.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Basil is not \u00a0a big headed politician.\u00a0 He is not unapproachable.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0He is a good listener.\u00a0 He work with small groups at the grass root level. He then build the pyramid. He has integrated Tamil and Muslim young leaders to work with Sinhala young groups throughout the island through Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna.<\/p>\n

    Mr Basil Rajapakse\u2019s masterly craftsmanship \u00a0skills generated\u00a0 new political culture in Sri Lanka.\u00a0 With the opportunity to elect new representatives free of corruption, Basil will be in the frontline in the battlefield.<\/p>\n

    Now not only Prime Minister Mr Mahinda Rajapakse, but President Sirisena has the confidence in Basil Rajapakse.\u00a0\u00a0 This new found chemistry should help the nation.<\/p>\n

    We must thank Rajapakse Brothers and President Sirisena for saving the nation, culture and religion from the clutches of Dictatorship and Corruption .<\/strong><\/p>\n
