The world must condemn such brutal terrorist acts and take effective action to prevent such incidents in future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a tweet, Prime Minister Wickremesinghe noted that this was the worst-ever terror act in Jammu and Kashmir since 1989\u201d and expressed his condolences to the families of police officers who lost their lives.<\/p>\n<p>In his tweet, Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera said that he was shocked and deeply saddened\u201d by the terror attack on military personnel in Kashmir by a car bomb.
