The business ranges from Electronic Retailing to Sri Lanka\u2019s most Modern Mall, to Logistics, Manufacturing, Environmental Services, and even City Cleaning Services.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"shareable-quote\"><a class=\"popup\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?text=All+this+started+with+a+young+lady+who+dared+to+dream+big+and+defeated+the+fear+of+failure.&amp;url=http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y3n4r4h3&amp;via=worldbanksasia\">All this started with a young lady who dared to dream big and defeated the fear of failure.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"flipboard-image\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.worldbank.org\/sites\/all\/modules\/wb_helper\/images\/iconm-twitter-gray.png\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"flipboard-image\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.worldbank.org\/endpovertyinsouthasia\/files\/endpovertyinsouthasia\/Sri%20Lanka%20Facebook%20PIC\/untitled_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"283\" \/><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"shareable-quote\"><a class=\"popup\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?text=In+our+conversation%2C+Mrs.+Pestonjee+said+that+many+ask+her+if+she+had+to+face+challenges+because+she+is+a+woman+and+her+response+is+%E2%80%9CNo%E2%80%9D.+She+told+me+that+as+long+as+a+woman+has+mastered+her+line+of+work+and+has+proven+she+is+capable+of+her+job%2C+she+can+overcome+all+other+obstacles.&amp;url=http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y3n4r4h3&amp;via=worldbanksasia\">In our conversation, Mrs. Pestonjee said that many ask her if she had to face challenges because she is a woman and her response is No\u201d.
