USA and UK with their\nresolutions 30\/1 and 40\/1 presented to the UN Human Rights Council in\nGeneva,  sponsored by their local pawn\nMangala Samaraweera,  prepared Sri Lanka\nas a propitious ground for\u201d their terrorists\u201d to bomb Churches targeting  their religion and their tourists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hillary Clinton  the USA\nSecretary of State under President Obama said \nthat all terrorists cannot be put into the same basket, as only\nthose  terrorists who attacked USA and European Countries were the true\nterrorists,  and the others like those in\nSri Lanka\nwere freedom fighters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hence the USA Ambassadors\nin Sri Lanka  from O\u2019Blake onwards became\nclose associates of the Sri Lanka terrorists and after their  elimination the USA, UK and others such as\nthe EU,UN, etc. supported and acted along with those  sympathises who funded terrorism in Sri\nLanka  the Tamils of the diaspora in USA\nand European countries, to communally divide Sri Lanka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They urged the Sri\nLanka Goveernment led by their lackies \nRanil Wickramasinghe and Mangala Samaraweera  to reconcile with the Tamils allowing them to\nset up a separate Tamil\n Province in the North and\nEast, writing for that purpose a New Constitution.  That was the declared  demand of the USA and the West from the\nGovernment of Sri Lanka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today USA seems to be well establised in Sri Lanka having Sri Lanka  Government under Ranil Wickramasinghe  well under its  control making Sri Lanka  an American puppet state. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sri Lanka, under\nRanil Wickramasinghe  has become a\nlogistic supply hub for a US Warship US Air Craft carrier USS John.C.Stennis\nstationed in the Indian ocean with Sri Lanka receiving supplies to be\ntransferred unchecked by Sri Lanka custom to \nthe warship which is a PLA Presence in the Indian Ocean to counter the\ninfluence of China in Sri Lanka.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(see below for details\nof this warship and its potential  danger\nto Sri Lanka\none could imagine)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sri Lanka has submitted to an American demand to allow the American Army to\ntransport any material of any size and weight through the Bandaranaike International\n Airport and allow\ntemporary storage of such material which \nare interdicted  by the US\nMilitary for a Sri Lanka Custom check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these\ndevelopments and an ISIS terrorists attack never imagined could happen in Sri\nLanka, it should be investigated  whether,   the\npresence of a US Warship stationed in \nclose vicinity and material being transferred to and from  the warship through BIA in Colombo, has any connected\nto the terrorist strike on the Easter Sunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was it a coincidence\nor is there an unexplained and unseen connection to the US Presence in the\nIndian Ocean and an International terrorists attack in Sri Lanka ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should also be\nnoted that the US Ambassador\nto Sri Lanka Alaina Teplitz had been very active since the terrorist attack\nand  overzealously  initiated actions that Sri Lanka does not want,  such  as\nthe presence of FBI and their assistance in \nthe  investigations into the terrorist\nattacks by the Security Forces of Sri Lanka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is strange as\nno FBI personnel had been present in the Island through out the the 30 years of\nterrorism in Sri Lanka.\nWhy now ? Why is USA\nso intent in having their FBI investigators present in the country now ? Has\nAmerika any thing to hide, and the FBI is working to cover up any thing that\nwould point the finger in the direction of state terrorism coming from America ? The\nFBI did not come to France\nto investigate terrorist attacks in France. Why in Sri Lanka ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All these makes one\nwonder whether the terrorist attack on the Easter Sunday was indeed  ISIS\ninitiated or was there other unseen hands behind those attacks ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If it was the ISIS what did the attackers expect from this suicide\nbombs other than a bloody carnage or a \nmere passport to heaven to sit by the side of their God as a divine\nreward for massacre of unbelievers ?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But on the other\nhand USA and the West have\nmuch to gain by such attacks that would destabilise Sri Lanka.  A politically strategic island, with a\nChinese influence which America would wrench away from Chinese influence to\nmake the Island a puppet state taking orders from the American  Embassy and the American political  hierarchy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suicide bombers\naccording to reports are normal educated people, without a troubled\npsychological past, or having any serious political  involvements or financial difficulties. It is\nbest to investigate who had been their friends, relatives, teachers and\nreligious contacts. Because unless they were suffering from collective\npsychological problems, they had been brainwashed by  clever manipulators of the minds of their\nfollowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the change\nof  President Mahinda Rajapakse\u2019s  government in January, 2015, Sri Lanka became\nopened to all types of  undesirable\nelements to hold high office ,  such as a\ncitizen of Singapore to become the Governor of the  Central Bank of Sri Lanka who under the\nprotection of the country\u2019s Prime Minister \nwiped out the finances of the country and escaped safely without having\nto answer anyone for the crime he committed. But those highly placed political\nleader and his Ministers  who aided and\nabetted him in the crime have not been arrested or even taken to the CID for\nquestioning..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Yahapalanaya and\nthe present UNP Government from the beginning on the 9th<\/sup>\nJanuary,2019 did nothing but ruined the country, until it became the centre of\nInternational terrorism and soon  would\nperhaps  be a victim of crossfire\nbetween  heavy fighting between America\nand China with America setting up an army base in the Indian Ocean with a\nwarship ready to carry out even a nuclear war stationed not far away from Sri Lanka\nwith Sri Lanka acting as its logistic supply hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All these happened\nto a Sri Lanka which suffered under local terrorism for 30years and was\nrescued  just in time by a visionary\nleader Mahinda Rajapakse  who gave\npolitical leadersip to eliminate terrorism under a military operation organised  by the Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapakse carried\nout with a united Armed Forces with the Army lead by  its Commander Sarath Fonseka, Navy lead by\nits Commander<\/strong> <\/strong> Wasantha Karannagoda,  <\/strong> Air Force lead by its Commander  Roshan Gunatilleke and Civil Defence Forces\nled by Sarath Weerasekara.  They all\ncontributed for the victory over terrorism.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mahinda Rajapakse won\nthe war against terrorism and developed the country  remarkably because he faught a war against\nterrorism, and was determined to develop the country and unite the Communities\nwhich he started by stating that, \u2026  hereafter there are no minorities but the good\nand the bad citizens\u201d. He gave leadersip to a, government to develop and unite\nthe country and he had no vengeance to take against any one, he raised no voice\nof anger or hatred even to his enemies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Yahapaalnaya was\nfrom the beginning a government to make the people forget the previous regime\nof Mahinda Rajapakse. It was a government led by Maithreepala Sirisena to take\nrevenge from the previous President Mahinda Rajapakse. In his rage against\nRajapakse he  was blind to the\nmismanagement of the country by Ranil Wickramasinghe and his UNP click.  The President Sirisena did not see the Bank\nrobbery, he did not see Mangala Samaraweera running his own government\nslavishly abiding to the wishes of the USA and the west, and even\nsponsoring a resolution against Sri Lanka Armed Forces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ranil Wickramasinghe\nthe Prime Minister was gradually leaving behind  the President and taking over for himself the powers of the President to decide on matters relating to\nthe country. He agreed to sell even the Hambantota\nHarbour to the Chinese and sign a\nTrade  agreement of 1000 pages with Singapore\nwithout even consulting the Parliament.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The President Sirisena\nwas slowly and surely loosing his authority. The development, peace and\nsecurity of the country suffered while the Yahapalana Government was getting\ninvolved in taking revenge from the former  \nPresident Mahinda Rajapakse his Ministers and every one that supported\nhim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The country was being\nmismanaged , Communities were disunited one looking at the other with suspicion,\nthere was a constant demand  for a\nreconciliation with the Tamils. Every thing was being done with the aim of\ngiving more political power to the Tamils even by proposing to write a new\nConstitution giving more political; power to the Provinces which was to be\nexclusively forTamils. The Tamil politicians were beginning to wield more power\nand one of them Sumandiran even  dictating\nterms to the Prime Minister. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was then that the\nPresident Sirisena realised that he was being left behind and the Government of\nRanil Wickramasinghe is becoming all powerful, to the detriment of the\ncountry,  the welfare of the people and\nthe security of the country was being neglected. President Sirisena then tried\nto take over things into his own hand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The coalition that\nformed the Yahapalanaya government collapsed. And with that there was  for him an opportunity to appoint a new\ngovernment with his former rival Mahinda Rajapakse as Prime Minister. He also\nmoved to dissolve the Parliament., which was contested by the disempowered\nPrime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe  and\nhis supporters.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was then that the\nPresident Sirisena realised that it was too late and that all institutions\nincluding the judiciary had been taken into the Prime Minter\u2019s confidence.   The judiciary which he thought was\nindependent failed to render  independent\nand fair justice when the President asked for judicial interpretation of the\nConstitution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supreme Court\ngave a ruling interpreting the Constitution in favour of the Prime Minister against\nthe dissolution of Parliament stating that \nthe President has no right to dissolve the Parliament before four and a\nhalf years in terms of the Article 70 of the constitution ,when there was the\nArticle 33 of the Constitution which definitely gave the President the right to\ndissolve the Parliament when there was a political crisis that needed the\ndissolution of the Parliament as a solution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thereafter there was a\nconflict between the President and the Prime Miniter with the Ministers of\nRanil Wickramasinghe\u2019s Cabinet like Mangala Saaraweera, Rajitha Senarathne,\nMalik Samarawickrama  acting on their own\ncreating a disunited government. There was no ruling authority. The Inspector\nGeneral of Police and the Minister of Defence were not taking their\nresponsibilities seriously. Sri\n Lanka is without a ruler today.  This prepared the ground for whoever was\nplanning to destabilise and breakup the county to create  utter political chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This situation\nwould have been avoided if the Supreme Court had interpreted the Constitution\ncorrectly  by confirming the authority of\nthe President to dissolve the Parliament under article 33 of the Constitution.\nOr if the Prime Minister had respected democracy of which he speaks often and\nresigned from his Office<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also doubts\nabout President Sirisena\u2019s intentions of forming a united front along with  the joint opposition and the Sri Lanka\nPodujana Peramuna,  against the UNF of\nthe UNP and its partners. If President and the SLFP wanted such a unity one\ncannot understand why the President allowed Dayasiri Jayasekara the General\nSecretary to demanding the acceptance of \n20 condition by the Joint Opposition  as a prerequisite for unity and running away\nfrom Parliament  without voting against\nthe UNP Budget, along with the Parliamentarians of the Joint Opposition.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apparently President\nSirisena\u2019s silence on the issue makes his intention to unite with the joint Opposition\ndoubtful. This also could be sited as a reason for foreign interventions in Sri Lanka and\nthe paving of the way for international terrorists to create mayhem in a\ncountry which had been peaceful for nearly ten years.  If Dayasiri Jayasekara continues to\nbargain for unity with the Joint Opposition by insisting on its accepting  his conditions its better not join with the\nSLFP for the next Presidential and General elections, and that the Sri Lanka\nPodujana Peramuna contests the elections  alone as a Political force without joining\nwith the SLFP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such a situation is\nsad as it would weaken the Presidents position today as he has only Dayasiri\nJayasekara and SLFP to stand with when there is already a serious political\ncrisis in Sri Lanka.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Dayasiri Jayasekara\nis insistant for a conditional unity , and if the President Sirisena is genuinely\ninterested in settling the present unsettled political situation in Sri Lanka,\nthe President should change the General Secretary of the SLFP and settle for an\nunconditional Unity with the SLPP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following \nis about the US warship\nUSS John C.Stennis an American Military Presence in the Indian Ocean using Bandaranayake International Airport\nas a logistic supply hub.  The US Warship\nis  by itself a complete American\nMilitary Camp ready for any massive war with its foreign enemies.  It is another great danger into which Ranil\nWickramasinghe has  plunged Sri Lanka.\nFear is USA being  a country not sympathetic towards developing\ncountries it would not hesitate even to  destroy our country without a second though if\nits in the interest of America.\nWe have Libya, Iraq as  examples of its\nvicious intentions and itsinhuman State terrorism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mission of John C. Stennis and her air wing (CVW-9<\/a>) is to conduct sustained\ncombat air operations while forward-deployed. The embarked air wing consists of\neight to nine squadrons. Attached aircraft are Navy and Marine Corps F\/A-18 Hornet<\/a>, EA-18G Growler<\/a>, MH-60R<\/a>, MH-60S,\nand E-2C Hawkeye<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The air wing can engage enemy aircraft, submarines,\nand land targets, or lay mines hundreds of miles from the ship. John C. Stennis’s aircraft are used to conduct strikes, support land\nbattles, protect the battle group or other friendly shipping, and implement a\nsea or air blockade. The air wing provides a visible presence to demonstrate\nAmerican power and resolve in a crisis. The ship normally operates as the\ncenterpiece of a carrier battle group<\/a> commanded\nby a flag officer<\/a> embarked\nupon John C. Stennis and consisting of four to six other ships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John C. Stennis’s two nuclear reactors<\/a> give\nher virtually unlimited range and endurance and a top speed in excess of\n30 knots (56 km\/h,\n34.5 mph). The ship’s four catapults and four arresting gear<\/a> engines\nenable her to launch and recover aircraft rapidly and simultaneously. The ship\ncarries approximately 3 million US gallons (11,000 m3) of fuel\nfor her aircraft and escorts, and enough weapons and stores for extended\noperations without replenishment. John C. Stennis also has extensive repair\ncapabilities, including a fully equipped Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance\nDepartment, a micro-miniature electronics repair shop, and numerous ship repair\nshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For defense, in addition to her air wing and\naccompanying vessels, John C. Stennis has NATO<\/a> RIM-7 Sea Sparrow<\/a> and Rolling\nAirframe Missile<\/a> (RAM) surface-to-air\nmissile<\/a> systems, the Phalanx<\/a> Close-in Weapons System<\/a> for cruise missile<\/a> defense,\nand the AN\/SLQ-32<\/a> Electronic Warfare<\/a> System.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
