I request all patriotic citizens\nto carefully and seriously go through the following statements of four\nProminent Muslim politicians. TWO, senior Ministers in the present Cabinet and\nthe Governors Hisbulla and Asad Sali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also please see the comments made\nby MP Sumanthiran at a meeting held at BMCI on April 29th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only difference between\nMuslim terrorism and Tamil terrorism in this country is that                  Tamil Terrorism was mainly operated\nonly by the Tigers and Tamil politicians of the north and East with the\nassistance of India where as in Muslim terrorism it was operated by Muslim\nextremists living all over the Island trained and financed by Muslims living\nall over the world. But both were equally brutal and savage and disastrous to\nthe Sinhala Buddhist nation in this country. \nAlso the Tamils wanted only to have their EELAM in the North and East\nperhaps with more future plans. Muslims on the other hand wanted to capture the\nwhole Island at once to have perhaps their\nthird Islamic State <\/strong>after ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria). Their\ndisclosed plan to carry out bombing in all 9 provinces simultaneously clearly\nsubstantiates this statement.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore to find out who Rishard Badurdeen is, I also request to you\nto view the debate telecasted in Hiru 6.55-7.30 pm news bulletin on April 30\nfor further stunning revelations by Badurdeen, rather open confessions,\nrevealed by him, thanks to the brilliant members of the panel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time I request\nPresident Sirisena to remove all these four men from their posts as Ministers\nand Governors immediately and order the police to arrest them before they\nconspire and hatch, further attacks and proceed with action to remove these\ntraitors form Sri Lankan politics. Together with these three the Western PC\nGovernor also has to removed, in view of the allegations fired at him by many\ncitizens. This I think is the best time to take such bold decisions lest you\nrealize that you have done a big blunder by not doing so as MR did after the\nconclusion of the war in 2009, and repent later.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile I also take this\nopportunity to request the President (Not\nthe Government as there is no Government in this country) <\/strong>to take the\nfollowing course of actions at least to save his own life even if he is not\nseriously concerned about the wellbeing and the good of the country, or Sri\nLanka and its people to have a tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1To ban all Muslim political\nparties and Islamic terrorist organizations immediately and bring the country\nunder one Law for all. Ban Muslim Law and all other special privileges afforded\nto them like polygamy, permission to wear a different dress, separate Muslim\nschools like Madrasa and nuisance of shouting Allahu Akbar five times a day.\nContinue the present operation non-stopped until the enemy is totally\neradicated from the soil of this land and take all measures to prevent external\ninvolvements in all forms and continue the Island wide surveillance non-stop to\nstop re-emergence of similar situation in future. In this process don\u2019t leave\nany stone unturned in all three spheres land, sea and air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 To ban all Tamil political\nparties including all such parties under different disguised names like the\nAkila ilangei Mahajana Congress, Lanka Kamkaru Conress, Upcountry Peoples Front\nand Mano Ganesan\u2019s Democratic People’s Front and Tamil Progressive Alliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Setup a powerful search operation\nunit empowered to search every mosque and all suspected places in the Whole\nIsland and take stern action against all those found involved in any crime\nagainst the Government or the people. Also demolish all illegally constructed\nMosques<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Suspend this illegal and\nunconstitutional Parliament headed by Ranil and Karu J, which has become a big\nthreat to this country and ceased to be of any use for this country long ago\nand set up a War Council under the Heads\nof the Three Forces and the Police without any politicians immediately, to\nhandle the present situation and to restore normalcy in the country<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 It may be very appropriate to\nadopt the Russian and Australian approaches in keeping the minorities in their\nplaces. Ask them to adapt to the native system as those countries have done or\nleave for good for their lands of origin. Just follow Putin and the Australian\nPrime Minister in tis regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 Also ban communal segregation\nand control putting up of mosques by legislation with strict conditions to\nprotect the rights of the natives and ban things like Halal and Sharia Law\ninimical to our traditions and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 Make everybody in this country\nand even the whole world to realize that this is the Land of the Sinhala\nBuddhists as it had been found, defended and protected by their ancestors for\nthe past 2500 years against all foreign invasions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9 Make it compulsory to take\nnative names and convert to Buddhism as it was done in Burma in 1947 if anyone\nwants to be a citizen and live in this country or go back to their lands of\norigin immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 Set up a National Supreme\nAdvisory Council of the Mahasanga consisting of Mahanayaka Theras of the three\nNikayas and the Most Rev Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith Fernando and any other whom\nyou deem necessary to advice the government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11 Initiate an action to work out\na plan to get down all housemaids from the Muslim countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12 At the same time think of a\nplan to repeal the 19th<\/sup> A and restore the powers of the Executive\nPresident so that there will be a Sinhala Buddhist leader all the time to take\ncrucial decisions on matters of national importance without leaving it in the\nhands of an anti- Sinhala and anti-Buddhist body like the present Constitutional\nCouncil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also like to bring to your\nnotice a very serious lapse in peripheral governance and administration that\nhas been a root cause of this wave of crimes and lack of governance in this\ncountry with a view to have effective and strong governance and administration\nall over the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the main reasons why law\nand order has disappeared and crimes have increased in the country side today\nis the complete breakdown of the administration and governance at the village\nlevel.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The village, the last link of the\nadministration and Governance of this country has to be completely restructured\nand reorganized. The main reason for this situation in the country side is the\ncomplete collapse of the GS Divisions that form the cornerstone of effective and\ngood Governance of the country. In order to rectify this we have to completely\nre-organize and restructure the Grama Seva system with people of higher\neducational attainments, character and integrity, empowered with more power to\narrest and produce criminals in courts in collaboration with the Police. The\nGSS should be given power to search and arrest those whore are found involved\nin antisocial activities within their Divisions such as illicit brewing,\nnarcotics, illicit felling, illicit gemming, theft and other offences that come\nunder the Criminal Procedure Code, encroachment on crown reservations,\ncriminals and strangers hiding or carrying out any other illegal and criminal\nactivity within his division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But all this will be a day dream\nif we don\u2019t make it compulsory for the Grama Niladharis to reside 24 hours\nwithin his division. Today in most places GSN comes to the village only once a\nweek. This is the appalling situation in village administration in this\ncountry. If this is done I can vouch, at least 90% of the countryside crimes\ncould be reduced. When the roots rot or the foundation is gone the tree falls\nand the building too falls. So no wonder the country has fallen to this sad\nsituation in maintaining Law and Order when you see what has happened to\nvillage level administration under the present system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also if you need to make District\nAdministration meaningful and effective and efficient in all field like keeping\npeace and Law and Order, expediting development and end waste and corruption,\nimmediately abolish the Provincial Councils that has been a curse to this\nIsland nation since 1987.That will also prevent the division of the country in\nto 9 independent political units eternally fighting against each other for\nresources and power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will also save billions of\npublic funds and completely eradicate the existing chaotic governance and\nenormous waste of financial and human resources in the country<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Once normalcy is restored Dissolve the\nParliament and allow the people of this country to elect a Government they\nwant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Finally please remember Mr. President that you\nwill not get a single Muslim or Tamil vote at the next election if you decide\nto contest. Even Asad Sali and Hisbulla will not give their votes. That is the\nstark truth about Sri Lankan communal politics. As a matter of fact all Tamils\nvote only for Tamil candidates and Muslim Muslim candidates. They work only for\ntheir own community and their religions. I hope you remember when Asad Sali\nmigrated to Central Province as a PC candidate at the last PC elections he was\nvoted in although he was a complete stranger to Kandy. That is how communalism\nworks in Sri Lankan politics although none of the Sinhala politician accept\nthis. That is why they have leaders like Asad Sali, Badurdeen and Hisbulla\nSince you are neither a Muslim nor a Tamil you will never get their vote. That\nis the stark truth though it might sound bitter for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately we Sinhalese who\nfounded the civilization here and lived and owned this land from the dawn of\nhistory today don\u2019t have a single leader who is committed to protect and uphold\nour heritage and  rights and aspirations\nof the Sinhala nation. This is the biggest tragedy we have inherited from the\nday we got relieved from the Colonial yoke in 1948. Even the buffaloes and\nmonkeys have their leaders. Isn\u2019t it a tragedy we don\u2019t.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recent cache of swords and knives found in mosques, according to\nMinister of Muslim Religious Affairs, Abdul Haleem was to clear the overgrown\nshrubs surrounding compounds of mosques.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said so at Media briefing at\nhis Ministry yesterday. It is possible that certain mosques would have kept\nweapons and other sharp objects to clean the yards and surrounding shrubs\naround certain religious places,\u201d he claimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was in response to journalists\u2019\nqueries as to why certain mosques had amassed weapons such as swords and other\nsharp objects. Most mosques have graveyards around them and some of these\nmosques could have a lot of shrubs and weeds growing in their yards, so it\u2019s\npossible that they use these objects to clean up these areas,\u201d claimed Haleem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When queried by journalists as to\nwhy some of these places of worship were found keeping uniforms resembling Army\nfatigues, he claimed that he had seen the suspects involved claim to the media\nthat these uniforms were for re-selling\npurposes.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We didn\u2019t know about such things\nother than from the media. We also saw a person in charge of a particular\nmosque saying these uniforms were for re-sale purposes and even showed\nreceipts,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, releasing a statement,\nthe Ministry of Muslim Religious Affairs has asked the Muslim community to\ncooperate with the necessary security measures implemented by the Government by\navoiding different types of face covering veils such as the Niqab and the\nBurqa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Special Task Force (STF) yesterday (30) raided Eastern Province\nGovernor A.L.M. Hizbullah’s Kattankudi office where they found 35 Type 56\nbullets, which the Governor claims belong to the Police security officers\nworking for him.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Police Media\nUnit, this office was shut down a month ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The STF detained two of\nHizbullah\u2019s office staff for further questioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two staffers were taken to\nthe Kattankudi Police Station for an inquiry and to determine whether the\nbullets belong to the Police security provided to the Governor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The STF conducted a search\noperation in the coastal area of Kattankudi and entered the office belonging to\nHizbullah on the road to the Telecom office in Kattankudi. However, when\ninquired about the raid, Governor Hizbullah told Ceylon Today that the STF that\nwas conducting the search operation had entered the Police security office that\nis given to him which is in the same premises as his office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Governor in his statement\nclaimed that the STF confiscated 40 bullets from the room in the Kattankudi\nPolice post, but the Police Media Unit confirmed that it was 35 T-56 bullets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said, These bullets were\nofficially given to the Police security offered to me and to probe further, my\ntwo staffers have been detained by the Police.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He claimed that the bullets were\nnot for his private use and that the detention of his staffers has no\nconnection to the bullets confiscated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He confirmed that the bullets\nwere officially given to his security officers by the Kattankudi Police and\nthey are theirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also denied that the STF\nraided his residence in Kattankudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bathiudeen\u2019s coordinating secretary arrested in Wedithalathivu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

30 April 2019 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four men including a coordinating\nsecretary of Minister Rishad Bathiudeen were arrested by the Adampan police\nfollowing the discovery of 10 detonators during a search in Wedithalathivu,\nMannar on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

47-year-old Mohamed Zanus\nbelieved to be on of the minister’s coordinating secretaries, the\nWedithalathivu Rural Bank Manager and two other businessmen were among those\narrested. It was reported that the Mr. Zanus is also the Mantai West\nCo-operative society chairman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The detonators were recovered\nnear a public toilet located near a shop belonging to Mohamed Zanus, during a\nsearch conducted at Erukkalapiddi in Wedithalathivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The arrested suspects will be\nproduced in the Mannar Magistrate\u2019s Court and the Adampan Police are\ninvestigating the incident to determine who had brought the detonators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the All Ceylon Makkal\nCongress (ACMC) said today that none of the coordinating secretaries of\nMinister Rishad Bathiudeen nor any member of his staff were arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ACMC said in a statement that\nMohamed Zanus, was a former Member of the Mantai West PS representing ACMC, but\nhe is not affiliated to ACMC anymore after he resigned voluntarily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It said the minister’s two officially appointed coordinating secretaries\nare Jailabdeen Mohammed Naleem and Irshad Rahmathulla. <\/strong>They both attend to\ntheir duties regularly at the ministry office, Colombo 3 and not in Mannar.\n(Sithum Chathuranga)\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The way this man behaved at the yesterday\u2019s Sirasa discussion and the words\nhe used, answers he gave and the threats he made alone are quite sufficient to\narrest his man immediately as he pauses a very big threat to the security of\nthe country. Tamil National Alliance (TNA)\nJaffna District MP M.A. Sumanthiran on Monday (April 29) alleges that the\nEaster Sunday carnage was a result of Sri Lanka\u2019s failure to ensure certain\nbasic values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attorney-at-law Sumanthiran warned of dire consequences unless the\ngovernment addressed the grievances of the minorities<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sumanthiran warned: “Unless\nwe agree on those basic values we are doomed.” Declaring that there\nwouldn\u2019t be any future for the country unless consensus could be reached on\nwhat those basic values were, Sumanthiran called equality a key value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complaining about lack of \u2018Social Contract,\u2019 Sumanthiran warned that\nTamil people hadn\u2019t agreed to live in one country yet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Declaring that the Tamils hadn\u2019t accepted 1972 and 1978 Constitutions,\nSumanthiran said that in the absence of their participation in the new\nConstitution making process, there couldn\u2019t be a “Social Contract.<\/strong>\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The most significant minority not yet\ngiven their consent to live together as one country<\/strong> because they had not agreed to that social contract.\nThey were not party to that social contract,” he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TNA spokesman emphasized that\nthere was no agreement\/consensus with regard to .basic value of equality in the\ncountry. Sumanthiran\nrecalled how he opposed in parliament Buddhism being given the foremost place\nin the Constitution<\/strong>. The Jaffna District MP said that he took a\ntough stand on behalf of his community when the interim report was debated. The\nMP said that he declared they were willing to concede that to appease the\nmajority community. “I came under heavy attack. People asked me who are\nyou to concede that,” Sumanthiran said. The MP acknowledged that his\npeople were quite right in taking that stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the conclusion, Sumanthiran asked whether\nSri Lankans were really ready to accept that all were equal. And if not, there\nwouldn\u2019t be a tomorrow, the MP said\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My comments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obviously he justifies this 21st<\/sup> carnage and he is overjoyed\nover the devastation done even as a Christian. Doesn\u2019t it clearly displays his\ndeep enmity and the inborn desire to destroy this Sinhala nation and their\nmotherland <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now look at the audacity of this\nparasitic Indian intruder TIGER who represents only a mere 5 %of the total\npopulation of this country. Also note how much he hates the Sinhalese Buddhists\nand consistently stands for a separate state claiming 1\/3 of the country and\n2\/3 of the coastal belt with over more than \u00bd of the country\u2019s Oceanic\nresources of this Land of the Sinhala Nation that had been their only\nMotherland on this planet from the dawn of history. Just imagine what nasty\nspeech he has made and what a hypocrite and a communalist he is as a Law maker\nwho has sworn a as an MP under the 4th<\/sup> Schedule of the Constitution\nof the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also now look at the list of\ntraitors who have participated in this meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Carlo Fonseka, former\nPresident Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, Speaker Karu Jayasuriya, Minister\nMano Ganeshan, MP. Dr. Jayampathy Wickramaratne, MP Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa,\nformer MP Lal Kantha and a large group of civil society activists, including\nVen. Dambara Amila, Gamini Viyangoda, Prof. Sarath Wijesuriya, Saman\nRatnapriya, Chandragupta Thenuwara and Sandya Ekneligoda were present on the\noccasion. W.\nJanaranjana requested speakers Prof. Jayadeva Uyangoda, Human Rights\nCommissioner Dr. Deepika Udagama, MP M.A. Sumanthiran, PC, J.C.
