When\nLTTE was militarily defeated in May 2009 the mistake the then government made\ninspite of requests to do so, was not to denazify the LTTE & everything to\ndo with Eelam ideology. As a result, LTTE political agents are continuing\npolitically what LTTE strove with gun and some Ministers have the audacity to\ndemand the return of the LTTE publicly. The same scenario cannot be repeated\nwith Islamic terrorism based on a radical Islam that even Muslims do not wish\nto adhere to. Banning the burka for security reasons only is not enough.\nNational interests must come first. People of all communities have to live\ntogether. No person has the right to claim individual rights or grievance if it\nundermines or infringes on the rights of another. If anyone\u2019s ideologies don\u2019t harmonize\nwith that of the majority, then they must go & live in countries where\nthose ideologies are legal & accepted. No one can kill people simply\nbecause they do not conform to their ideology. This is the simple principle on\nwhich people must learn to live. We must now take action to ensure no more\nlives are lost because of radical ideologies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the \u2018Denazification\nDirectives\u201d & Collective Guilt\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nterm was used by Pentagon in 1943 & applied following defeat of Hitler\n& the end of World War 2. The Western Allies comprising present day bullies\nas well as preachers of human rights, in 1945 declared not only Hitler &\nNazi\u2019s as guilty but denounced all Germans as guilty for both the war &\nNazi atrocities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\nkangaroo court better known as the victor\u2019s court or Nuremberg Military\nTribunal was set up in November 1945.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Denazification Process \u2013 Collective\nResponsibility: Collective Guilt\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Nazi\nparty abolished<\/li>
  • Collective\nResponsibility: Collective Guilt\u201d meant posters put up across Germany You are\nGuilty\u201d \u2013 Germans were made to feel guilty.<\/li>
  • Germans\nhad to fill questionnaires categorizing themselves (HR people call this racial\nprofiling today)<\/li>
  • Anyone\nor any group associated with Nazi\u2019s was declared guilty<\/li>
  • All\nphysical symbols associated with Nazis removed including Swastika<\/li>
  • Nazi\nlinks to cultural, social, intellectual, economic & even politics were\nbanned.<\/li>
  • Anyone\nwho supported Hitler or Nazis were held accountable & charged with war\ncrimes<\/li>
  • German\nmedia, newspapers, radio stations, theatres, magazines, book publishers, book\ndealers & printers were all taken over by US<\/li>
  • Over\n30,000 books including textbooks related in any way to Nazism was banned. <\/li>
  • Germans\nwere not allowed to deny holocaust which EU criminalized in 2001 (if applied to\nSL \u2013 Tamils would be held responsible for all of LTTE crimes, Muslims would be\nheld responsible for all Islamic terror crimes)<\/li>
  • Eventually\ndenazification process created Germany\u2019s constitution on 8 May 1949 and\nratified on 23 May 1949.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Germany is\ntoday a powerful nation because the ideology of Hitler & Nazism was\nannihilated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Japan is\nwhere it is today because of the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sri Lanka is where it is today because\nSri Lanka failed to annihilate the Eelam ideology and now we are facing another\nideology \u2013 radical Islam both of which has to now be eliminated!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What the US, UK & Allies did\nthrough denazification was to remove the ideology that inspired the terror.<\/strong> This was the reason to request Sri\nLanka\u2019s Government to remove every symbol and slogan associated with LTTE\u2019s\nquest for Eelam. The separatist mentality needed to be legislatively &\nlegally banned as a pre-requisite to reconciliation. The ideology of Eelam was\nthe obstacle that needed to be removed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sri\nLanka\u2019s constitution is clear about anyone advocating separatism. Why have\npolitical parties not used the 6th<\/sup> amendment against individuals\/political\nparties pushing for this quest by different names? This is the role of a\ngovernment & its Attorney General. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Denazification\nof LTTE\/Eelam should be to ban separatist roots \u2013 nullify the Vaddukoddai\nResolution of 1972, any names with \u2018Eelam\u2019, Eelam emblems, slogans, monuments,\nflags and taking legal action against those that flout the rules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    On 21st<\/sup> April 2019, 9\nsuicide bombers were radicalized into killing non-Muslims<\/strong>. They attacked 3 churches, 3 hotels\nand 2 other sites killing over 250 innocent people. What was shocking was that\n2 brothers, husband & wife were also suicide bombers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Radicalism\namongst Muslims was seen rising undetected initially as the focus was on LTTE\nterror. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The clues\nwere however obvious. Muslims began to change the lifestyle they were leading\npreviously harmonizing with the Sinhala majority culture. The demand for azan\nvia loudspeakers even resulted in a court case between two Muslim mosques.\nProliferation of mosques where in some towns every 3 persons are having a\nmosque. A new type of dress in the form of burka began to be forced on women\nwith Saudi influence. Even men started dressing differently. Then there was the\ndemand for halal food labelling and insisting that a separate certificate of\nhalal compliance is issued for a fee which was nothing but a business venture\ncollecting money from non-Muslim businesses. Then came calls for Shariah laws\nand demand for Muslim laws over and above that of the country law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Not\nonly non-Muslims noticed these changes, even Muslims noticed and some were\nbrave enough to alarm the authorities but vote bank politics and the concept\nfalse drilled into the minds of politicians that they needed minorities to win\nelections made the politicians favor the radicals against the moderates. Of\ncourse the politicians were swayed by money & other inducements which was\nplay a major role in radical promotion & propagation. The amounts of money\nwith people following search operations of late reveals the extent to which\nmoney plays a role in fostering radicalism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What\nwas visible was that a group of Muslims were getting heavily influenced by\nexternal forces promoting their version of Islam no different to the rising\nChristian cults using the power of money and manipulating Islam into a radical\nideology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What\nthese groups are doing is indoctrinating youth and the gullible and misleading\nthem. All of the suicide bombers were rich & educated people. Its baffling\nwhy they would take their lives and cut short the lives of others especially\nsmall children. Some of the bombers had children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Muslims were indoctrinated to hate\nnon-Muslims and that hate transcended to death on 21 April 2019 and is likely\nto lead to more deaths if left ignored.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Therein\nthe collective guilt & responsibility is in Parliament for not taking\naction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During\nLTTE terror a Peace Secretariat was set up manned by an excellent team that\ncountered false media allegations with facts & figures. A similar state\nentity must be set up to counter falsehoods not only by the Eelam lobbyists but\nagainst the Radical Islam lobby as well.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sri\nLanka should take a more pragmatic approach & a higher moral ground by\ndesisting from adopting the Collective Responsibility-Collective Guilt applied\nby US, UK & Allies against Tamils or Muslims but ensure that the ideology\nthat continues Eelam quest is removed & the ideology that inspires Islamic\nradicalism is also removed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In\nterms of collective guilt: collective responsibility media (vastly controlled\nby the Western Christian), UN\/HR and other organizations also heavily\ninfluenced by Christian West, politicians, think tanks that propose divisive\nand dangerous proposals to governments, foreign intel that seek to undermine\nnational security of other countries to benefit theirs and the many other\ninvisible players are the guilty lot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As for\nSri Lanka denazification of both Eelam ideology & Radical Islam is necessary\nif Sri Lanka wishes to progress. Majority\nof people want to live in peace<\/strong>. No one should be indoctrinated by a\nreligion or ideology to kill others. If their ideology does not harmonize with\nthe life Sri Lankans lead they can take themselves & their ideology to\ncountries where that ideology is accepted & live there amongst those\nfollowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Eelam Separatists & Islamic radicals\nare not welcome in Sri Lanka. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Political parties should not give\nnominations or accept them through national list. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Voters of any political party should not\nvote for any political party giving extremist & Islamic terrorist-linked\npoliticians nominations in future. If voters are firm on this pledge political\nparties will think twice. Voters must now make their demands clear. We have had\nenough bloodshed \u2013 we do not want any more innocent people being killed.  <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sri\nLanka & Sri Lankans must have only ONE FLAG, ONE National Anthem in ONE\nLANGUAGE, ONE LAW Equal to ALL. No one\u2019s rights are above that of the other. No\none can demand any right if it infringes or denies the right of another. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If\nwe can follow these basic and simple principles \u2013 Sri Lanka can prosper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
