I wrote an article about &nbsp;Paolo Escobar who was a drug baron in\nColumbia, who managed to destabilize governments by exploding bombs and killing\nleaders and law enforcement agents .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugs helped him to find people to do such activities .Most\nof his ruthless killers were drug peddlers and drug abusers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were strong Catholics and yet they did not have mercy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Sri Lanka Catholics are more refined and disciplined\nunder the guide of the &nbsp;cardinal and other church leaders. Therefore such\nactivities could could only be done by Muslims as Buddhist were somewhat more\npious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My question is whether Sri Lankan authorities ever checked\nblood of the suicide bombers and the suspects they have arrested to check\nsubstance abuse,means drug abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The method of using canine \/ dogs to check explosives is\nfine, but the authorities should check whether drugs were also in use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It may be that the suicide bombers all over the world need\nsome brain twisting means to persuade them to such drastic action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>( in order to satisfy 72 virgins they intend to enjoy ,may\nalso need drugs to make them believe that it is true !)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Russia when red army went on charging the advancing\nGerman Invaders , Stalin gave &nbsp;gallons of Vodka to the soldiers who were\nat the war front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They forgot value of their life and went on suicidal attacks\nto beat the Germans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is essential to verify about fact that drugs &nbsp;has\nbeen used by the youths who killed themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it so President\u2019s theory &nbsp;the war against drugs\nwaged by him had accelerated the Terrorist Attack can be assumed factual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Sarath Obeysekera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr Sarath Obeysekera Even before the Easter bomb blast I have been talking about possibility of connection of drug trade with increased tourism and other crimes.
