Box 02, Sarana Mawatha, Rajagiriya, 10107, Sri Lanka <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We Sri Lankans in Tokyo, Japan are kindly requesting you to hold\nprovincial&nbsp;elections without any further delay. You have the sole\nauthority to hold such elections&nbsp;and if you have any obstructions, you\nshould go to courts without making statements like &#8220;I will resign if\nelections are not held&#8221;.
