Have we heard any national sentiment from the\npresent day Tamil leaders? When will they cease to recirculate a handful of\npast examples that plug hate &amp; revenge in the minds of their people? Why do\nthey not want to urge their people to think in the interests of the Nation\nfirst? No peaceful coexistence can take place in word or paper if the leaders\nthat claim to represent minorities carry forward a different and racist agenda\nand drag their people to follow that line of thinking too? These Tamil\npoliticians will drum hate but they do so for their own political relevance \u2013\nin the end the Tamil people or the country is getting nothing out of it. By\ntheir hateful speeches and actions, they are only weakening Sri Lanka, destabilizing\nSri Lanka and making Sri Lanka vulnerable. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Racism is foundation stone of Tamil\n\u2018Nationalism\u201d &amp; \u2018liberation\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamil\nleaders lavishly uses cudgel of racism for political mileage &amp; Tamil people\nas pawns. So long as this happens there can be no peaceful coexistence or meaningful\nreconciliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Money-Media-Propaganda <\/strong>has stilled the voice of truth and drummed lies &amp;\ndistortions. Racist actions have begotten racist reactions. However, international\nattention is always given to the reactions and not the racist actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Examples of Tamil Racism<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1920s Tamil legislator\nRamanathan led 2 delegations to Colonial Office in London <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamil\nleaders were demanding encoding of Caste into legislative enactments in Ceylon.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vellala\ncaste is imported from South India and have no origins in Sri Lanka though they\ncontinue to try to dominate Tamil politics. Should Tamils change this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamil\nracism created ITAK \u2013 Illankai Tamil Arasu Katchchi that sought a separate\nTamil Nation the year after independence when Sri Lanka was under foreign\ncontrol since 1505. UN declares destruction of cultural property a war\ncrime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Racism was such that\nSinhalese were chased out of North giving less than 48 hours to leave. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No one\nspoke against this in 1990 and no one is speaking now to help return these\nchased away people to their original homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even\nsince 2015 Tamil leaders are demanding Sinhalese should not be settled in the\nNorth. Isn\u2019t that why\nthe Opposition for the first time supported the yahapalana budget?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why\ndidn\u2019t Sambanthan &amp; TNA speak for the thousands of Tamils killed by LTTE\nand generations of Tamil youth who were forced to become child soldiers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On what\nbasis can Sambanthan\/TNA claim Tamils are \u2018second-class\u2019 citizens?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is it that the Sinhalese enjoy\nbecause they are Sinhalese that the minorities do not enjoy because they are\nnot Sinhalese\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is\nit that the minorities do not enjoy because they are the minority which the\nmajority enjoys because they are the majority\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is\nlegally, constitutionally &amp; legislatively given to the majority that is not\ngiven to the minorities\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Name a\nsingle country that has changed its original national anthem, national flag\njust to please &amp; appease the minorities &amp; have these afforded any\nreciprocity by the minorities? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lets\u2019 take C J V Wigneswaran<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where\ndid Chief Minister Wigneswaran study \u2013 Royal College<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where\nwas Chief Minister Wigneswaran living all his life \u2013 Colombo. He went to live\nin North only after 2013 \u2013 after Prabakaran was defeated \u2013 after he was\nparachuted from Colombo &amp; made Chief Minister.
