Anyone contesting should be trying to represent\nthe interests of the people in the UK and not issues relevant to other\ncountries which the government of those countries should solve. How representative\nof the British is the Labor Party? Some of the Party stalwarts have been\nregularly engaged in speaking about issues relevant to other countries more\nthan what the Brits are going through in Britain. More\nthan 14 million Brits, including 4.5 million children, are living below the\nbreadline. 33.4 million people in the <strong>UK<\/strong> labour force and 1.56 million people were classed as <strong>unemployed<\/strong>. There\nare 1.2 million illegal immigrants in the UK. There were 32,733 asylum seekers in 2015 alone and the rich-poor gap\nwidening. Without solving these issues Corbyn and McDonnell wish to give \u2018self-determination\u2019\nfor Tamils in another country. While UK Tamils are around 200,000 there are\naround 275,000 Jews in the UK. Why is it that Corbyn &amp; Labor are not\nshowing same empathy towards Tamils to Jews in UK?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 23 November 2019 days after Sri Lanka elected a new\npresident, a video was released by John McDonnel, Labor Party\u2019s Shadow Minister\nrepresenting Hayes &amp; Harlington constituency which has a population of\n303,870 but only 2568 Tamil residents. This is what he had to say obviously\nreading from a script written in front of him! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"We Stand with Tamils by John McDonnell, UK Labor&#039;s  Shadow Chancellor\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XsJSyPi77vs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>I\nand Jeremy Corbyn Leader of the Labor Party have stood firmly on the side of\nthe Tamil community as its experienced brutal oppression in Sri Lanka\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why not give facts with evidence \u2013\nnot third party statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>We\nbelieve it should be recognized as an attempt of genocide against the Tamils\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, prove genocide &amp;\nexplain how Tamil population can increase via genocide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>that\nbrutal oppressions has continued with the military occupation of the Tamil\nhomeland\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A country\u2019s military deployment\nis nothing anyone can question &amp; will depend on the security threat <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>We\nurge that the military are withdrawn\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We urge UK to withdraw military\nfrom all of its illegally occupied locations \u2013 will UK do so?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>We\nbelieve that the Tamils have the right to a peaceful political solution, but\nbased upon the recognition of their human rights but also their right to\nself-determination as well.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whose demands is the UK Labor\nparty chirping and why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>We\nbelieve that the British Government has a specific role to play\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UK is a sovereign country &amp;\nso too is Sri Lanka \u2013 look after the British and Sri Lanka\u2019s Government will\nlook after Sri Lankans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>both\nin terms of ensuring that our relationships with Sri Lanka, trading relationship\nin particular are based upon human rights but also on progress with the\nimplementation of the UN\u2019s Resolution\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perhaps countries should also start\nbenchmarking funding acceptance depending on the human rights records of the\ndonors! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>We\nbelieve also that we have a role to ensure that our High Commission monitors\nhuman rights particularly with the election of the new President, whose record\nwe have to say, presents us with real concerns and fears for the future\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do tabulate all concerns\nand take it up at high commission level with facts &amp; evidence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>One\nof the aspects that we\u2019re particularly concerned about is the Prevention of\nTerrorist Act against Tamils to ensure that basic rights assembly and freedom\nof speech particularly journalists are no longer applicable\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do we ask UK to abolish its\nanti-terror laws? UK must learn to respect country anti-terror laws too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>We\nbelieve there has to be a long term political solution\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Political solution for whom is\nthe question <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>let\nme make this absolutely clear: the Labor Party will always stand with the Tamil\ncommunity, both in terms of supporting them here in this country but also\nsupporting them and their families in their homeland\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You mean Tamil Nadu \u2026 you may\nhear from Modi very soon! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>We\nstand with the Tamils\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By all means do\u2026 don\u2019t forget to\nstand with the Brits too \u2013 you need to win the Brits vote to come to power \u2013 remember\nthat! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeremy Corbyn, John McDonnell should\ntake Nick Cohen\u2019s advice Labour would do better if it learned to like the\nEnglish\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looks like McDonnell has a\nhistory of links to LTTE fronts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In 2008 LTTE held its Heroes Day rally\nat the ExCel Centre London<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prabakaran\ndelivered what was to become his last \u2018live\u2019 speech. In London, the keynote\nspeech was by Vaiko whose visa denial was opposed by the All Party Parliament\nGroup for Tamils in the British Parliament. BBC\u2019s\nAndrew Neil questioned Corbyn for taking over a year to investigate Labor\nmember who declared Rothschild Zionists run Israel\nand World Governments.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corbyn\ndenied 130 cases of alleged antisemitism by Labor members. However, the\narchbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, in a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JustinWelby\/status\/1199206170545795072?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet\">tweet<\/a>\nhighlighted the deep sense of insecurity and fear felt by many British Jews\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While\nCorbyn\/McDonnell and Labor are trying to create self-determination and a Tamil\nhomeland in Sri Lanka, totally out of their gambit, not only the Brits but the\nJews living in UK are feeling very insecure and apprehensive about Labour\nruling UK. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may\nnot emigrate in large numbers if Corbyn gets into No 10 \u2013 but having our bags\npacked is how we articulate our anxiety\u201d. A recent poll for Jewish News\nsuggested that 47% of British Jews would seriously consider\u201d leaving the\ncountry should Corbyn win. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/commentisfree\/2019\/nov\/26\/british-jews-corbyn-emigrate\">https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/commentisfree\/2019\/nov\/26\/british-jews-corbyn-emigrate<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\n2015, Corby described Hamas\nand Hezbollah as friends\u201d so is it a surprise Corbyn is pals with LTTE\nterrorists &amp; their bid for a separate state?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corbyn\nhas personally been close to a range of individuals and organizations which\nconstitute an extremism and terrorism threat,\u201d said David Toube, director of\npolicy at the counter-extremism Quilliam think-tank. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.timesofisrael.com\/in-upcoming-elections-uk-jews-increasingly-fear-a-corbyn-government\/\">https:\/\/www.timesofisrael.com\/in-upcoming-elections-uk-jews-increasingly-fear-a-corbyn-government\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nJewish Leadership Council has even written an open letter to Corbyn &amp; Labor\nParty <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thejlc.org\/letter_to_jeremy_corbyn\">https:\/\/www.thejlc.org\/letter_to_jeremy_corbyn<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So what\nis McDonnell blabbering about?
