Your\nother doctrine is that you cannot accept the UN Human Rights Council resolution\n\u2013 UN HRC that was worked out with the earlier government. This is the biggest\njoke of the century. First of all Resolution 40\/L.1 of the UN HRC is a follow\nup to Resolution 19\/2, adopted in 2012 during your brother MR\u2019s period.(It is known to everyone that the so-called\nUNHRC illegal resolutions were facilitated by the biggest quisling Sri Lanka\never had Mangala Samaraweera without consent from the President and without the\nknowledge of the Cabinet of Ministers )<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nGotabaya, I will explain to you in simple language, how UN member states follow\ntheir international commitments. Take your favourite country China as an\nexample. (There is no favourite or hostile\ncountry for we Sri Lankans although you people consider as a hostile\nnation.  This country is open to all and\nfriendly with all nations.)<\/strong> During your brother\u2019s Presidency, Sri Lanka\ntook a huge sum of money in a loan from China. This put Sri Lanka into\nbankruptcy. The next government in power was compelled to deal with the\nproblem. If your doctrine is correct, that government could have told China\nthat as the loan was given during the period of MR, it would be better to\nsettle with them. The world does not operate in this manner. (A silly and stupid argument and exposing\nyour ignorance of established international monetary rules.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When\nyou are advised by people like Prof G.L. Peiris, there is nothing surprising\nabout these new doctrines, which will earn you humiliation and insult in the\ninternational arena.(your so-called\ninternational arena is vastly different from the reality of the world.  The powers of the 20 odd Tyrant Western\nNations {TWNs} which is your international arena is on the decline and will\nsoon become a past history.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some\nthink that your political party SLPP has the best academic Prof G.L. Peiris at\nits helm. He said in your press conference that \u2018the Sri Lankan constitution\ndoesn\u2019t permit\/accept any UN resolution\u2019. This is a laughable matter. Is the\nUnited Nations obliged to see the constitution of every country before it\nadopts resolutions? I am sure Prof G.L. Peiris has not forgotten the words that\nhe and I exchanged in one of the briefings organised by the Sri Lankan mission\nduring the 6th session of the UN HRC in Geneva in September 2007. (Do you know that UN is not obliged to\nimplement on its own any resolution adopted by the UNHRC?)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Sorry,\nthis is not true..<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You\nsaid in one of the press conferences that reports were written without\noutsiders visiting Sri Lanka. Sorry, this is not true. Every UN report on Sri\nLanka was written only after UN personnel including Special Rapporteurs and the\nHigh Commissioner for Human Rights visited the country. Also before the UN\npublishes any report, an advance copy is given to the country concerned. (Again a Humbug to fool the world.  When Ban Ki Moons\u2019 dark horses \u2013 Darusman,\nYasmin Souka visited this country?)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nGotabaya, you talk about \u2018Buddhism\u2019 and its thousands of years of history, etc.\nBefore you talk about Buddha and Buddhism, shouldn\u2019t you know who this great\nBuddha is? Without knowing the history of Buddha and history of the Tamils and\nlanguage, you simply bluff because you have power.(Are you attempting to create new history and say Lord Buddha is a\nTamil.  He was born in Nepal at a place\ncalled Baranes and not in your motherland Tamil Nadu or in the former Madras\nregion.)<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\nyou are for your language, religion and ethnicity, so every Tamil including\nMuslims (Please refrain from dragging\nMuslims for occasions of your convenience and remember that we Muslims are\nquite happy with the Sinhalese as it was told to your racist father\nChelvanayagam at the State Council in 1931 by the then Minister of\nCommunications Sir Marcan Markar and almost all genuine Muslim leaders after\nthat. Also please note that the Sinhalese have never massacred the Muslims as\nyour people in Kattankudy and many other places and never expelled Muslims from\ntheir centuries of habitations and instead the Sinhalese kings sich as King\nSenarath and king Walagamba rescued the coastal Muslims from Portuguese\npersecution and settled them in the East and in the hill country.)<\/strong> are for\ntheir language, religion, ethnicity, as well for their political rights based\non hum  an dignity. Yet you simply say\n\u2018forget the past, talk\/think about the future\u2019!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are simply fooling everyone..<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Please\ndo remember what Albert Einstein said about the past, present and future. He\nsaid, The distinction between the past, present and future is only a\nstubbornly persistent illusion\u201d. In other words, you have already decided what\nyou are going to do about accountability and reconciliation and now you are\nsimply fooling everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nGotabaya, if you are not personally serious about the past, why did you go all\nthe way to Anuradhapura to take oath? If you are a President for everyone in\nSri Lanka, this choice of venue to take oath is full of contention, venom,\nracism and Xenophobia.(What is wrong\nwith going to Anuradhapura to take oath? Anuradhapura is a part of this country\nand it was the place in which king Dutugenubu unified the nation and also is\nthe birthplace of Buddhism.  Do you fell\nthat he should have taken his oath from Jaffna?)<\/strong>  If you only consider the future, think of\nthis – you would not have won the election without telling how you and your\nfamily \u2018won the war against the LTTE\u2019. You say let us live as \u2018Sri Lankans\u2019.\nThis is nothing different to what your brother MR said, soon after the end of\nthe war. He said that \u2018there is no minority as such in this country\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\nare many reasons for you to order everyone to forget the past. For you,\npersonally the past is a problem. Your stay in the army and the period when you\nleft the army, your US citizenship, the war crimes that you committed and the\ncorruption that you and your family were involved in during the period of your\nbrother\u2019s Presidency. (What happened to\nthe so many concocted allegations of swindling, misuse of power, frauds your\nTNA stooges and the foreign servile and terrorist docile Ranil Wickresinghe\ngovernment unsuccessfully brought against them.   These all make you tell others to \u2018forget\nthe past\u2019.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\nsaid in your inaugural speech that, I am the executive president of this\ncountry. I will not hesitate to use my executive power for the benefit of the\ncountry\u201d. This is a threatening statement, pointed in your term towards\nminorities.(Your stupidity exposed again\nand remember when someone gets elected as a President or Prime Minister of a country\nhe\/she becomes the President\/Prime Minister of everyone of that country.  Please refer to inaugural speeches made by\nthe leaders of other countries to acquire a clear knowledge on this matter.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be frank, when did you think that development is important in\nSri Lanka? If you are a genuine patriot dedicated to your mother Lanka and\nBuddhism, why did you run away from Sri Lanka and seek US citizenship? Everyone\nknows that today you are the President because your brother MR could not\ncontest the presidential election for the fourth time. (Not fourth but for the third time since he was deliberately barred\nfrom contesting for the third time by the bizarre 19th<\/sup> amendment)<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today\nwhat is happening in the island of Katchatheevu…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nGotabaya, now you talk about your neutrality in the region. This comes too late\nto fool India and USA. This can be considered \u2018pretending to close the door\nonly after horse has bolted\u2019. Whether one likes it or not, China has put a\npermanent base already in Sri Lanka. This was done during your brother MR\u2019s\nPresidency with you as Secretary of Defence. Today what is happening in the\nisland of Katchatheevu is no more a secret. India may be regretting handing\nover Katchatheevu to Sri Lanka in 1976.  Now with someone\u2019s advice,\nyou have started to shed crocodile tears to please India and USA, giving an\nimpression that you are neutral in the region. Before China took Hambantotoa\nHarbour on a ninety-nine years lease, (this\nillegal lease was made by not MR government but by Ranil\/TNA government)<\/strong> it\nwas believed that China was in frequent consultation with you and your brother\nMR. When you both were not in power, you both made several trips to China. This\ncannot be denied. (What was wrong with\nsomeone visiting another country as a private citizen or even as a former\nruler?.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When\nIndian Congress was in power in India, your brother sought the help of India on\na bogus promise that as soon the war came to an end, he would implement not\nonly the 13th Amendment in full, but also 13th  Plus. Soon after end of\nthe war, your brother turned his back on India. Sadly, Mr Manmohan Singh and\nSonia Gandhi could not put pressure on your brother because you both were black\nmailing India about their involvement in the war. (Don\u2019t insult Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi as they are still\nconsidered revered as great Indian leaders by millions of Indians)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your brother gave another bogus promise..<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Then\nwhen Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power, your brother gave another\nbogus promise to Modi that he would implement the 13th amendment in full.\nDuring this period, your brother\u2019s government had a two third majority in\nparliament and he held executive power. But he did nothing to address the\ngrievances of the people in the North and East. (Grievances \u2013 tha famous catchword. \nWhat are these unexplained, unknown, never existing illusory\ngrievances.  If they have such grievances\nwhy 54% of the North East Tamils live in the South,particularlt in Wellawatte,\nBambalapitiyam Kollupitiya, Dehiwela, Mt. Lavinia, Kotahena, Pamankada,\nMutwall, Mattakkuliya to name a few places?)<\/strong> It is believed that one of the\nreasons was that, he took revenge on the people of the North and East for not\nvoting for him in the Presidential election in 2010. Now it is the same with\nyou! (These backbone less and blind\nTamil people of the North and East including those in Colombo parroting the\nslogans of theTNA described Sarath Fonseka as a executioner of Tamils and when\nthe US Embassy forced the TNA  to support\nFonseka they en-masse voted for  the\nso-called Executioner\u201d). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then\nso-called \u2018good governance\u2019 (the\nappropriate term is Yanapalanaya\u201d {the government of the hell<\/strong>_) came into\npower, all your good friends and the artful dodgers like Mangala Samaraweera (this also shows your ignorance. Mangala\nSamaraweera was expelled from his ministerial portfolio by MR immediately after\nhe made our representative in the UN to vote against Palestine, a  country hallowed by MR and after that he\nbecame a staunch critic of MR similar to old hag Chandrika.<\/strong>) followed your\nbrother\u2019s path with soft voices. To be frank, some inexperienced diaspora\nTamils who are for name and fame believed strongly that this so-called good\ngovernance was going to settle the political grievances of the people in the\nNorth and East. You too can get hold of these people of name and fame easily,\nif you can greet them on their birthdays, have cocktail parties and rub\nshoulders with them.(better you find\nsomeone else and not this President).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

See how you will be using your executive\npowers…<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In\nyour inaugural speech, you said you would not hesitate to use your executive\npower for the benefit of the country. Until you get your two third majority in\nthe forthcoming Parliamentary election, you will be careful in using your\nexecutive powers. For the time being, you will use it only to release the war\ncriminals, corrupt security personnel and other members of paramilitary in\nprison. Later it will be a different story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nGotabaya, you say that many were politically victimised by the earlier\ngovernment. Everyone is waiting to see your politically motivated actions.\nCertainly, this will happen only after you gain a two third majority in\nparliament. Do not forget that, soon after the Presidential election in 2010,\nyour action against SF and many others were also politically motivated.(No proof at all and only imaginations of\npeople like you).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nUnited Nations, neighbouring India and the international community is watching\nto see how you will be using your executive powers. It is obvious that they\nwill be used to give priority to Sinhala Buddhists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\nyour interview to Hindustan Time, you gave the following statement which is\nconfusing not only to the Tamils but to India which is the main arbitrator for\nthe 13th amendment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\n13th amendment of our Constitution has certain areas which we can\u2019t implement\nas they are, so we need certain changes. But why have we always been trying to\napproach the so-called Tamil question\u201d from only one angle? Our Tamil\npoliticians have been speaking of devolution and other models since Sri Lanka\u2019s\nindependence.\u201d(The 13th<\/sup>\namendment is an abhorrent piece of legislation forced on us and it needs to be\nrepealed completely.)<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can witness this change..<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nGotabaya, in conclusion, since independence when one says \u2018Tamils\u2019, this always\nrefers to Muslims as well. (Again you\nhave crossed the wrong path. Mt earlier explanation I think suffices on this\nmatter but I also wish to mention that coupling Muslims with the Tamils was a\nwellplanned conspiracy made by racist Arunachalam Ponnambalam in 1888 by\nintroducing the concept that all those who speaks Tamils are Tamils.  Then why you differentiate estate Tamils from\nyour so-called pure blodded North-East Tamils. \nAnother new trend in Sri Lanka is that most of the Muslims in the South\nspeak in Sinhala, study in Sinhala and sermons in ertain mosques are conducted\nin Sinhala. Will they be considered as Sinhalese in accordance with the racist\nPonnambalam concept? )<\/strong>Tamils and the Muslims. The Muslims were smartly used\nagainst the Tamils to achieve your goals. Now you have started to use the\nfoolish Tamils against Muslims. We can witness this change. It will not be a\nsurprise; if there are riots in the North and East or in Colombo between Tamils\nand Muslims during your Presidency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If\nthere is another Presidential election in five years – the way you talk about\nyour own interpretation of Buddhism, it may not be a surprise for us to see you\nin yellow robes during that election. We have already seen that some of your\ncolleagues in the army are now in yellow robes.(Our sympathy for your imaginations and blatant lie)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By\nlooking at the events and the photos that have come in the social media\nespecially after the Presidential election, I seriously doubt whether your\nopponent in the next Presidential election will be from your family!(again our\nsympathy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr\nGotabaya, not only the lovebird \/ birds in your cage need freedom, every human,\nespecially the people from the North and East also need freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For\nyour information, Subramanian swamy is not India and India is not Subramaniam\nswamy. We know that your family is good in taking bribes and 3333giving bribes\nas well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If\nyou are proud to be a Sinhala Buddhist, we are proud to be Tamils with multi\nreligious faiths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now\nlet us see the states or head of states that have congratulated you. China,\nPakistan, India a.nd USA were the leading ones. However, you cannot deny that\nIndia and USA had conditional greetings. How about other countries like United\nKingdom, Canada, European Union and many others?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\nhope that you will continue to express yourself in the same way as now. This\nwill ensure the people of the North and East, and also the diaspora will not\nforget the importance of their political aspirations.  Your present\napproach will make those who are not interested in politics, change their minds\nand come forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s wait and see..!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For\nyour information, since the end of the war, neighbouring India and the\nInternational community have learned a lot about the hidden agenda of Sri Lanka\non accountability and reconciliation. Let\u2019s wait and see!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By\nthe way, when someone talks or think about Adolf Hitler of Germany, they\nimmediately think that he is a \u2018dictator\u2019. Many do not realise that he was a\ndemocratically elected leader in Germany. Later he manipulated the system to be\ndictatorial. Eventually, the people who had supported Hitler regretted. If you\nhaven\u2019t gone through the biography of Hitler, please do so. I am not insulting\nyou to say that, there are many features that are very similar between you both\n– even regarding citizenship, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
