The commencement ceremony of the Training Program was held on Dec. \n12, 2019. For two months, the trainees got full time training in the \nhemodialysis center, the nephrology ward and the peritoneal dialysis center of \nthe PUFH, one of the best hospitals in China.&nbsp;\n<br>\nAs a training program lasting for the third consecutive year, the training \nprogram was sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in an attempt to \nhelp tackle the CKDu issue in Sri Lanka.
