GOSL must take legal action\nagainst separatism whether by militants or by political maneuvers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE Supporters<\/strong> include Tamils, Sinhalese, Muslims, Foreigners, UN, INGOs\/NGOs &\neven diplomats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE\u2019s 1st victim was a Tamil<\/strong> \u2013 Alfred Duraiappa, Jaffna Mayor in 1975<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE\u2019s 2nd<\/sup> victim were Tamils<\/strong> – Tamil policemen on duty in North to scare them\nfrom joining public service. If Tamils didn\u2019t join public service it was\nbecause of repercussions they would suffer by LTTE for joining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE also killed TAMILS<\/strong> going against them including their own fighters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Has UN totaled the number of\nTamils killed by LTTE?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JULY 1983\nRiots is presented as ETHNIC\u201d<\/strong> but\nin reality the UNP Govt & their stooges (comprising thugs who were\nSinhalese, Muslims & Tamils) attacked selected Tamil houses & began to\nloot them) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Houses of UNP Tamil friends were given protection.\nSinhalese safeguarded Tamil neighbors & friends in their homes. But the\nmedia & UNP Govt had manufactured the story as \u2018ETHNIC\u2019 for it justified\nLTTE to come into the open from hiding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NO UN \u2013 NO\nWESTERN GOVT \u2013 NO FOREIGN ENVOY \u2013 NO HR GROUPS came forward to STOP LTTE\nthroughout 30 years of LTTE terror<\/strong> attacking\nvillages, killing villagers, chasing them from their homes, shooting unarmed\ncivilians worshipping, cutting pregnant mothers & babies, planting bombs on\nroads, trains & buses. But now these entities are screaming\n\u2018accountability\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All that\nthese entities did following every LTTE attack was to issue a customary\nstatement regarding the \u2018alleged\u2019 LTTE attack<\/strong> ending with \u2018we encourage both parties to engage in talks\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So-called\nInternational Community DID NOT STOP LTTE kidnapping Tamil children <\/strong>turning them into child soldiers inspite of compiling\nenough & more reports\/statistics about them<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So-called\ninternational community knew about LTTE illegal networks run by Tamils living\non their soil and operating from their countries<\/strong> manipulating their systems and even duping their\ncitizens (credit card scams, illegal human smuggling, illegal arms trade,\nmoney-laundering, hawala system) etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UN entities\ntasked to protect children never called for global action against LTTE<\/strong> for denying Tamil children the right to be with\nparents, right to study, right to live in a safe environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UN\/Western\nGovts continue to do nothing against the woman (Adele Balasingham) <\/strong>who not only trained\nTamil children to kill<\/strong> but instructed them to bite cyanide capsule & commit suicide. Inspite of complaints\nlogged with the UK Metropolitan police no action or even an investigation has\nbeen launched against her though LTTE remains banned even 10 years after LTTE\ndefeat. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Countries\nthat have banned LTTE continue to allow LTTE fronts to openly operate in them. <\/strong>In April 2014 – 16 organizations were declared LTTE\nfronts by the GOSL \u2013 no foreign govt initiated investigation into the\norganizations named that were operating from their countries. WHY \u2013 all of\nthese entities were linked to entities that the Western Govts banned like TRO?\nHowever, foreign govts are even allowing their Parliaments to be used as venues\nfor these banned entities to hold their functions and watching their MPs attend\nthese functions and even give speeches \u2013 Jeremy Corbyn even attended! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decision to\ndefeat LTTE militarily came after enduring 30 years of terror & over 300\nsuicide attacks & failure of 5 peace talks, negotiations, ceasefires. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just 1 attack \u2013 9\/11 resulted in bombing of\nAfghanistan without any investigation when none of the hijackers were Afghans\nBUT US\/NATO continues to occupy Afghanistan since 2001 (18 years)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sri Lanka\u2019s\nmilitary offensive would not have taken place if not for LTTE making its greatest\nblunder to close the Mavil Aru anicut & deny water to farmers of the East. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

East was liberated from LTTE in July 2007. North was\nliberated from LTTE in May 2009. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOSL attended\nby armed forces heads briefed foreign governments\/envoys\/NGO heads via\nConsultative Committee meetings held twice a week. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any issues these entities had should have been\nbrought to the table at these bi-weekly meetings and sought explanations from\nthe GOSL. The meetings divulged details of food, medicines, sent to the\nconflict areas by the Govt. If there were shortcomings, these entities should\nhave questioned the GOSL during these meetings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food\nconvoys to conflict zone<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food convoys were sent with knowledge of\nICRC, WFP and others. No one can ignore that Sri Lanka was sending provisions\nwhile engaged in a military operation inspite of knowing LTTE was keeping\nTamils as hostages\/human shields and were storing these essentials to\ndistribute amongst LTTE family members as well as store for their use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rescuing 300,000 Tamils<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are\nonly allegations against Sri Lanka Armed Forces killing \u2018Tamil civilians\u2019 but\neven after 10 years there are no names or skeletons to prove the dead figures\nalleged. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However,\nclose to 300,000 Tamils were brought to safety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE killed Tamils fleeing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How\nmany Tamils got shot dead by LTTE who shot at their own people to prevent them\nfleeing? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can UN\ngive a number? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

UN Statements appealing to LTTE to release\nTamils<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE shooting Tamils<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How many Tamils did LTTE kill?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

12,000 LTTE combatants\nsurrendering in civilian clothing including 584 child soldiers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That Sri Lanka Armed Forces accepted civilian clothing\nclad LTTE combatants who surrendered is a testament that none were harmed\nduring surrender. All were put into rehabilitation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

584 child soldiers given\nPresidential Pardon<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of the child soldiers that surrendered were given\nPresidential Pardon \u2013 given education, returned to families and assisted in\ntheir future development by the GoSL and Armed Forces. Gokulan a child soldier\nwent on to become a singing sensation loved by all. GoSL and not LTTE or\ninternational community gave these child soldiers a new lease on life.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tamils not supporting\nLTTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tamils supporting\nseparate State & LTTE <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tamils were divided \u2013 those who supported LTTE \/ those who\ndid not support LTTE \/ those who wanted a separate state \/ those who did not\nwant a separate state<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whose side was TNA on?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whose side was LTTE\nfronts on?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TNA throughout the military offensive took side of the\nLTTE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TNA did not demand release of Tamils from LTTE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TNA did not send a single relief item to Tamils held by\nLTTE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE fronts did not send any humanitarian relief to Tamil\ncivilians. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IDP reception centres<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contrary\nto the negative publicity given. Every IDP centre had female soldiers, soldiers\ncompetent in speaking Tamils and given the scale of the humanitarian operation\nSri Lankan Armed Forces & GoSL did their best to provide far more comforts\nthan LTTE had given them while they were in LTTE custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Post-LTTE defeat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

19 May\n2009 \u2013 LTTE ground leadership defeated<\/p>\n\n\n\n

30\nyears of bombs, suicide missions & assassinations ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\nterrorist movement that crippled the country\u2019s economy, peace, prosperity was\ndefeated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nrelief to 20m people mattered far more than the disappointment to LTTE\nsupporters & LTTE combatants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE kitty & international silence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2004\nJanes Intelligence declared LTTE annual profits to be $300million from its\nillegal and legal international operations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With\nLTTE\u2019s illegal and legal international network in tact, that annual profits\nmust now be doubled given the saving from expenses earlier incurred for LTTE\ncombatants, their food, clothing, medicines, arms & ammunition procurement\netc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why is the international community not\ntaking steps to cripple LTTE illegal operations even 10 years after LTTE defeat?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Power of LTTE money<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTTE\nfronts operates TV stations, radio stations, websites, funds political\ncampaigns, politicians, holds international conferences to which international\npersonalities are paid to deliver speeches and paid for travel & other\nexpenses, pays for demonstrations and even sponsors large groups to travel overseas\nto demonstrate on behalf of LTTE & separatist goal. LTTE kitty also is able\nto retain the best of lawyers for a fee in a world where integrity of profession\nbows to lucrative fees even if paid by internationally banned terrorist groups.\nSuch is the reality of the world we live in. We have to wonder how much of LTTE\nmoney has contributed to the bias against Sri Lanka too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bogus allegations: Discrimination by\nSinhalese<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one\nhas yet been able to prove what Sinhalese as a majority enjoy because they are\na majority that Tamils & Muslims as a minority do not enjoy because they are\na minority?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can\nhowever to negate this false notion prove with examples the positions held by\nTamils & Muslims in Govt and Private Sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bogus allegations: 3 riots<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allegations\nof 3 riots in 1958\/1977\/1983 have often been cited as grounds to showcase \u2018ethnic\u2019\nelement to Sri Lanka\u2019s conflict. However, the role of Tamils in inciting these\nriots has often been left out. Of the 3 riots, 2 have been directly politically\nmotivated by UNP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
