North or South?

From where should we start….North or South?
no matter…wherever you suggest, just let's start
no more time to waste, we should start before it's too late
Don't you see the dark clouds forming over the skies?

Just let us do it together, will try to find the cause of problem
'The Real Cause'… which leads .to all conflicts, misunderstands and mismatch
To get firsthand information, one should look into its back round.
So… come let us go together to see the reality on the ground
by our own eyes, with out believing hearsay news.

We all belong to one nation, so called underdeveloped "Third-World Nation"
No matter who is it, Tamil, Muslim or Sinhalese? Coming from north, south, west or east?
all are in the same boat; struggle to ride upwards…. but floating downwards
if we don't change our route and attitude, we all end up in the "Black Hole".

Poverty has gone to our grass-roots, as of colonial rules and our own faults
It had begun before many centauries and now we all in a paradox world with bagging bowl
few are rich and more are poor, there is no discrimination unless otherwise
not only "Tigers and Leopards" but all….we all suffer as of this social injustice
as of the old colonisation, and now…due to globalization… well modernized.

Let us go to a rural level; north, south, west or east….wherever you suggest
situation is the same nothing difference, poor are poor…rich are rich
no difference community wise, if you really calculate it proportionate
there are many poor among Sinhalese than any one else.

Why are you trying to show a different picture to the world, changing upside down?
pretending you are the underprivileged, the innocent, the poor, and the harmless
accusing… the majority are the offenders, the aggressor, the egoists, the racists
hiding the truth and saying to the world; discrimination only to your side?
Do you think is it fair to have such kind of unethical morel, partial attitude?

How many times have you come for talks, with hide agendas?
Is it fair to mislead the world, saying untruth and giving dead-ropes?
Better to stop playing double game and using hit and run method
Don't make things more complicate, leading to confusion; create unrest among fellow citizens
as a nation we all in the same boat, so please don't try to drown up it and destroy!

This may be the last chance, so better to stop radical fanaticism and other nonsense
one should be honest and fair to the other to understand common grievances
Let us try genuinely to find ways and means to bridge the gap, preparing for fair talks
Let us put away our all differences and silly thoughts;
shall stand all together as one nation for a common goal,
just let us start… no matter wherever you suggest…
either it's North, South, West or East!!
