How can India dictate terms to Sri Lanka which is stuck in between a "rock & a hard place"?

We all understand that the Indian Prime Minister is also under similar situation with his fragile coalition.

If the President Mahinda Rajapaksa is able to stand upto United Kingdom and tell them to "stick their aid" or come with "no strings", Rajapaksa must give India a dose of the same medicine.

Sri Lanka is in a desperate situation. And "Desperate Diseases demand Desperate Solutions".

Sri Lanka has no choice but to defend herself from the LTTE Terrorist scum. If it means turning to China, Pakistan or Israel, So Be It!

Tell India, Not to Act Like a Dog in the Manger. If it cannot eat the straws, let the cows and horses eat it!
