My Intellectual Neighbour

Has no wife or family,
not even cat or dog for the company
he is the only creature at home, living alone
surrounded by volumes and volumes of books
any one can easily notice, the difference at first sight
....he is an exceptional
A highly qualified academic, well reputed
Who thinks a lot but talk a little!
Who sleeps a little but, mostly dreams!

It's an honour to live next door to him
My immediate neighbour is an intellect,
proud to say it but, rarely get a chance to meet him
some times he smiles, behaves cheerfully, keeps cool
but it's only once in a blue moon,
depending on his mood
mostly he is on the move as an international orator
he is an expert on Quantum and, Atom Physics
one who can explain the Big Bang theory?
The Galaxy Formation and, Physical Cosmology
but in most other things he is a child,
doesn't know how to make a cup of tea!

Greetings to a Mom.

As he couldn't find a job in his own country
he had to come to an oil reach foreign land
to work on an oil field, the work is hard
tiresome and bored, at times he feels so lonely
especially when it's close to the New Year
he misses his family and gets home sick!

He wanted to send his good wishes
to his mom for the New Year
but she can't read as she is analphabetic
and she cannot hear either, as she is deaf
became a victim to a bomb blast, partly disabled
this happened recently at the open market
So there is no way for her to hear listen or read!

So he did a painting for her to view
to express his good wishes and love
using her favourite colours
red, green, orange, indigo and saffron
drew a transparent rainbow and a purple sun
a ladybird on a four-leafed clover and a white dove
to bring her peace, happiness and hopes!
