I do not want to miss this opportunity," CBK The best deal according to CBKs understanding;; 1.The number of Grama Sevaka divisions affected by the tsunami disaster in the North and East is only 319. Out of them 270 are fully in the control of the government of Sri Lanka. Less than 49 Grama Sevaka divisions are in unliberated areas. However, the majority of the tsunami affected victims are Muslims. 2. Official administrative structure for all 319 Grama Sevaka divisions to be established under JM comprises five member majority representation from Tiger organization, three members from the Muslim community and two representatives from the government. 3. Tamils will be be represented only by Tiger terrorists in all top level national committees stipulated . 4. This structure offers Tiger terrorists an unhindered opportunity to consolidate power even in areas where they have no authority. It will enable terrorists to have direct dealings with international financial institutions. The World Bank will have offices in terrorist-controlled areas.
