GULLIBLE MIDDLE EASTERN NEWS MEDIA IS BEING MANIPULATED BY TAMIL RACIST TERRORISTS FROM KILLINOCHCHI

Ramanie de Zoysa

"Malathy is around five feet tall, joined Sri Lanka's Tamil Tiger rebels a decade ago and says the deaths of her comrades have only strengthened her. She is ready to fight again." So says Gulf Daily News and Kheelaj Times among other mid-eastern publications - the so-called reporters are anonymous and are from Killinochchi (in Sri Lanka)!!! Guess who these 'reporters' might be since Killinochchi is illegally occupied territory and 'head-quarters' of the ruthless racist fascist killer band- the LTTE!!! No one other than LTTE operatives can live in Killinochchi let alone express opinions- and these LTTE 'opinions' are fed to the Middle East through news media under the cover of news-reporting and journalism. Through our embassies in the Middle East and other means available, the Sri Lankan President himself must see to it that these news publications are warned not to become mouthpieces of the LTTE unwittingly- LTTE which has massacred hundreds and thousands of Sri Lankan Muslim civilians, some while praying inside their mosques. Vast numbers of Muslims were ethnically cleansed from the Northern Province in Sri Lanka in the nineteen eighties by the LTTE to sustain their homeland claim and now the LTTE is on to the Muslims of the Eastern Province who are being chased or slaughtered at an alarming rate in order to sustain the merger of North and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka which the LTTE wants as a 'Thamil homeland'.

The mischief done by these fly-by-night terrorist journos is obvious. An illustrative example is how a couple of years ago a world renowned, well-reputed international tax publication published news of the LTTE of Sri Lanka 'increasing taxes' charged on certain consumer goods. When queried, the editorial staff at the tax publication confirmed that their research staff had searched the web for tax related news world over and the key words used for the search naturally brought up LTTE propaganda contained in the publication 'Sudar Oli'. For all appearances 'Sudar Oli' posed off as a middle eastern newspaper to the international eye when in fact it is a terrorist tattle published in Wellawatte, situated in the so-called 'Sinhala South' (a term coined by LTTE mouthpieces posing off as journalists such as PK Balachandran of Hindustan Times), right under both Sinhalese and Muslim noses using the democratic rights of freedom of expression freely available to the Tamils in the areas of the country not occupied by terrorists. (A few months back it is also interesting to note that Sudar Oli office situated in Wellawatte was bombed by a rival Tamil group). When pointed out that LTTE was a terrorist group and that the 'taxes' it had just increased were in fact extortion monies charged at the point of a gun, the tax publication published a most sincere apology.

Under the Prevention of Terrorism Act now passed in Sri Lanka it must be possible to permanently shut down all hate- based media such as 'Sudar Oli' in Sri Lanka. It is not right that Tamils have a God- given (Norwegian administered) right to engage in hate literature which is banned in all civilized countries. The same principle must enable the Sri Lankan Government to demand that an LTTE television broadcast to the Europe commenced late last year with the aid of the Norwegian 'piece' brokers is shut down or Sri Lanka should facilitate broadcasts from Al Queida in return.

Going back to the fancy terrorist story contained in the middle-eastern publications mentioned at the start of this letter here is my re-write of the Romance of Malathy- the terrorist wench:

"Malathy is around five feet short and bow legged- her eyes and teeth shone brilliantly in contrast to her dark skin whenever she looked around her and grit her teeth at the sight of the Nagadeepa area where Sinhala Buddhist civilization once blossomed which she was helping her comrades to wipe out permanently. She has a warped mind to boot thanks to the Tamil Tiger racist dogma she learnt from the 'boys'. She joined the Tamil racist terrorist band LTTE a decade ago (at the youthful age of eighteen) to try and carve out a racially based homeland for her South Indian ancestors. Unlike other eighteen year olds she had no interest in flowers, jewelry, mini skirts or boys- she had day-dreams of the blood dripping ferocious tiger's face which was also the proud emblem on her shirt. She has been so de-sensitized by the Tamil racist dogma she had lost all meaning of life or death. She did not feel grief that her fellow cadres have died and she secretly desired her own macabre death either in a pool of blood or frothing at the mouth, either would have rendered her the coveted status of a Martyr! She is preoccupied by the concept of glory of blood, guts and mayhem typical of her South Indian ancestors and she has been ready to fight since some white gods from the Northern hemisphere brought in a ceasefire so that her band could re-group, re-fuel and re-arm in 'PEACE'.

Dressed in the distinctive tiger-striped battledress of a movement that fought for two decades for a Thamil homeland for her Holy Trinity 'Karunanidhi- Ramdoss- Vaiko' of South India. She had no idea why three South Indian ninnies should want a homeland in the neighboring Sri Lanka and not in South India where they belonged but she vaguely knew that it was the right thing to do. Her Sun-God, now lying at the bottom of the seabed being rejected by fish, said so in one of his speeches once when he was alive. The 28-year-old said she and her fellow cadres had hoped the Norwegian-brokered ceasefire would deliver a Thamil homeland not only in the North which they already ethnically cleansed but also in the East which they hoped to free of the damn Sinhalese and the Muslims- but it had not. She guessed the Norwegians may have under-estimated the grit and the cunning of the Sinhalese and the Muslims whom they thought would have caved under the Norwegian cunning plan which worked in places like Palestine, Sudan and Eastern Europe.

"We were under the impression that our Eelaam piece could be obtained and the freedom of the Tamil people gained through the piece process," she said while hacking at the corpse of the Tamil villager from Batticaloa who was getting too big for his boots and not keeping his mouth shut as told. She was speaking through a translator in the northern town of Kilinochchi, the rebel headquarters- in fact he wasn't really a translator but yet another terrorist cadre who knew a smattering of English since real translators did not live in LTTE held Killinochchi- only terrorists.

"The town straddles the main arterial road to the south and is bustling with shops, eateries and the apparatus of the Tigers' make believe state - the kangaroo law courts before which innocents are produced only to be sent right back to captivity, police headquarters containing people who have not been closer than 20 meters to a regular school and even that while torching it and their own bank which stacks money from dope, Norwegian grants, 'cuppan' from Tamil expats and money laundering.

"We find that has not happened," Malathy said of the hopes raised by the truce. "It is proven that method (peace talk) has not worked (wink! wink!). If our leader changes his mind and gives us fresh orders, we are ready. (wink! wink!) (knowing very well that the peace talks did exactly what was intended by buying time to re-group and knowing that fresh orders to kill were a daily occurrence and not something that is new"

In November, shadowy (because he is really dead and the double acting for him is not at all like the original Velu to be able to be paraded publicly) rebel leader Velupillai Prabhakaran warned that unless the government - which has already ruled out a separate homeland for minority Tamils - gives them wide autonomy (still means Eelaam), the Tigers would "intensify their struggle" in 2006 because now the arms and telecommunication equipment they were waiting for have arrived.

Late on Wednesday, the terrorists provided three militants for Reuters to interview in the garden of their media centre:

Malathy (featured above) and 32-year-old Jyanthi - both female combat veterans - as well as 24-year-old Nesan, who said he had never fought before. They said they had all undergone a full year's basic training before they were assigned to frontline units, and were trained to use a range of weaponry from different types of AK47 assault rifles to rocket propelled grenades and mortars.

"Even my first battle was easy," said Jyanthi, who first saw action in a successful 1996 attack to capture an army camp by the northeast coast. "We were well prepared, well trained and sure we would accomplish victory. After that, they became even easier. It was both satisfying and enjoyable" Jayanthi said smacking her cracked lips at the thought of the smell of blood oozing from young soldiers' bodies.

In the past, the rebels have used female soldiers as both conventional infantry and as suicide bombers, and have warned they will use all their available resources if the war resumes.

Nesan, the only man in the group (who was really a minor with an adjusted birth certificate) fidgeted with his hands as his colleagues talked of their battle experience and refused to give details of precise tactics used or their current roles. But like them he said he was unafraid of what might come and was prepared to die if needed.

"I won't find it difficult to fight my first war," he said.

"I have been prepared and fully trained to safeguard myself and fight, and I have the inner strength and the motive to give our Tamil people their freedom and rights" he said kicking the Tamil woman's body lying next to him who was killed last night because she had the audacity to help feed the rival Tamil group who wanted something called 'liberation' from LTTE! What madness he thought!

While assassinations, child recruitment and attacks on civilian targets have led to several countries to list the Tigers as a banned terrorist organisation, the skill and determination they have showed in battle won them grudging respect from their opponents (wishful thinking!). Jyanthi said it was not mutual.

"We don't sympathise with them and we don't respect them, in fact we do not know the meaning of words like sympathy and respect" she said of the Sri Lankan military. "They come like murderers with vengeance. They look like they want to kill everyone, drunk with a murderous fury." The thought crossed her mind that she was actually talking about herself but being the bluff master she was, she let it ride.

Smoking and drinking as well as everything else that normal people do are forbidden for the cadres.

Jyanthi said she joined the rebels after witnessing unspecified (because really she couldn't think of anything) atrocities against her family on the east coast.

Malathy said going into battle she also thought of army crimes against Tamil civilians, which she said had continued under the ceasefire- but she never thought of her murderous rampaging slaughtering civilians and the military as being criminal. It was the Tamil right to kill and steal- Cholas proved it.

The two women said they had lost count of the number of comrades they had lost in the decade since they joined, but that it had only strengthened them. "We don't feel sad and we don't grieve" Malathy said. "We feel our friends have given their lives for the defence of the Tamil people. That gives us the strength to fight more" she said finally throwing the rival Tamil civilian's corpse she was kicking around all this time into the grave freshly dug by her colleague and spitting in the direction.
