"AI-LTTE" LIKE A GAY COUPLE!

The Amnesty International has moved away from its original mission
for the past several decades, now got a new topic on Cricket, during
the World Cup 07. An organization which has no solid base in addressing
burning problems of the world, are fancy in seeking headlines to get
publicity. When it comes to hard issues, AI will just give up without
a fight.
The best way to treat AI, is to treat their reports in the same way
as Singapore treat them. AI has no place in Singapore even though they
tried to create so many problems in the past in regard to J B Jeyaratnam
and the likes. Its behaviour is pathetic in trying to create unrest
in well established societies, instead of supporting the courage of
nationally elected democratic leaders for their skills in making hard
decisions.
If countries such as Singapore followed the recommendations of AI, then
today we would have lost one of the world's best performing economies,
which maintains religious and ethnic harmony and safety for those who
live and travel in and out.
Apart from Jeyaratnam, AI often talk of Lee's Law in Singapore. It
was up in arms against the Singapore Government for preventing protests
recently during the World Trade Organization. It has achieved nothing
when it comes to issues such as deaths in custody or matters pertaining
to Russia, Somalia or Zimbabwe.
But of course It has found a great friend from Sri Lanka, in the thick
jungle and is now beating drums for LTTE in cricket stadiums at Caribbean
against Sri Lanka. When Pope John Paul II, came to Sri Lanka in 1996
and criticized Buddhism and Lord Buddha's teachings, there was not even
a hum from AI. AI should have promptly protested against such outbursts
that hurts the feelings of millions of worshippers.
Our President must openly attack the AI for meddling in our internal
affairs, for taking an opportunistic approach to create unrest in the
cricket carnival. We are not sure how many millions of dollars have
been paid by the LTTE to these puppets or how many limousines have been
bought for them for doing the dirty work. Or how many of these Reporters
of AI are having bank accounts (funded by LTTE) in the British Virgin
islands ( safe tax heavens) in Caribbean, with leading international
banks!
Mahela, go and win the Cup! This is the best way to bury AI! Wishing
