Your 'Doves of Peace' kills again

* _Tamil Tigers: Your Doves of Peace_*

On the dark, cold, wet, shivering-evening of November 5, 2007, nine of your MPs, Jim Karygiannis (Scarborough-Agincourt), Maria Minna (Beaches-East York), Derek Lee (Scarborough-Rouge River), Borys Wrzesnewskyj (Etobicoke Centre), John Cannis (Scarborough Centre), John McKay (Scarborough-Guildwood), Mark Holland (Ajax-Pickering), Yasmin Ratansi (Don Valley East) and Lui Temelkovski (Oak Ridges-Markham), stood in vigil with their Tamil constituents at Markham Fair Ground in memory to S.P.Thamilchelvan, the leader of the political wing of the Tamil Tigers who was killed by a bomb dropped on a building in Killinochchi where he was in a palaver with four other combatant terrorist leaders plotting when and where to stalk innocent unarmed Sinhalese civilians and kill them with claymore mines and mortars for the want of their mono-ethnic separate, racist, Tamil state, Eelam.

True to opportunistic fervour, every one of these parliamentarians spoke vilifying the Sri Lankan government and praising this cyanide-necklaced, military fatigued Tamil Tiger terrorist assassin, and referring him to as a ‘Dove of Peace’.

You bet that evening you all won every one of those ten-thousand Tamils, to vote for you Liberals at the next federal election.

*Now, here is a gilded opportunity for all those Liberal MPs and others in your caucus to win the non-Tamil Sri Lankan-Canadian hearts and their votes at the next federal election. I/we want to see the Liberal brand of honesty, the Liberal brand of passion for humanity, the Liberal brand of abhorrence for terrorism, and the Liberal brand of demands for the right to life from Tamil Tigers, your ‘Doves of Peace’. Show me/us that you are a bunch of worthy parliamentarians beyond the cunning and deceit of duping vulnerable refugee-immigrants.*

At 8.05 in the morning of Wednesday, November 28, one of your ‘Doves of Peace’, a woman Tamil Tiger suicide bomber with a bomb hidden in her bra blew herself up trying to assassinate Douglas Devananda, a Tamil, the Minister of Social Services, killing his coordinating Secretary and seriously injuring three persons of the Public Relations Office, a Sub-Inspector of Police attached to the Ministry’s Security Division, and a personal bodyguard of the Minister. This was the 279^th suicide bombing by the Tamil Tigers, your ‘Doves of Peace’, the terrorists group that you all refused to ban during your 13 year reign governing Canada.

Hail Mary! On that same evening, these same ‘Doves of Peace’ targeted innocent civilian shoppers at Nugegoda, a busy suburb of Colombo, by bombing a shopping complex killing 17 civilians and seriously injuring
39 others.

One Tamil Tiger gets killed and nine Liberal parliamentarian stand in vigil. Now your “Doves of Peace’ have killed 18 innocent civilians, and mathematically in proportion 162 Liberal MPs should be standing in vigil for these unfortunate victims of Tamil terror. Will you two as leaders of the Liberal Party of Canada be honest in your political convictions and request your caucus to respect the lives of these innocent, unarmed people killed by your Tamil ‘Doves of Peace’ and stand in silence for one minute in their respective offices on a designated day before they start work for the day, as those 18 who were killed were all children of the same God as that of S.P.Thamilselvan.

Such a dedicated minute of silence for the dead would be a Liberal class act of honesty, a class act for your Party’s passion for humanity, a class act to uphold the right to life, and a class act to show the Liberal’s abhorrence to terrorism. Anything less will show that you Liberals are a bunch of opportunistic humbugs and deceits, minimizing the values of Sri Lankan lives of those who are not your Tamil ‘Doves of Peace’.

The opportunity is yours Mr. Dion and Mr. Ignatieff. Do what is right and convince me/us that you all deserve the non-Tamil Sri Lanka-Canadian votes right across Canada. And believe me, there are thousands of them with their eyes cart-wheeling with anger for the Liberal Party parliamentarians selective compassion and for polarizing further the two Sri Lankan ethnic communities in Canada, the Sinhalese and the Tamils.
