Dear Lord, Statement by UK Foreign Office Minister Lord Malloch-Brown, on Sri Lankan conflict I am referring to your recent statement on the Sri Lankan conflict, which has been reported in the media with the title ‘Britain says a final solution to Sri Lanka's conflict ....’ ref: http://www.colombopage.com/archive_08/June8152101JV.html You appear to have double standards. One law for you to invade Iraq on the pretext of WMD, and another law for the Sri Lankans, who have to face terrorism, largely funded by Western countries. Is this a good example of hypocrisy or is it because you have not understood the situation in Sri Lanka, due to intense LTTE propaganda ? I will assume, it is because of the latter. However many may feel uneasy about your recent statement on Sri Lanka. Please do refer to the article by Stephen Long, extract of which is given below, as you appear to sympathise with the devil LTTE. It is certainly no fun for Sri Lankans, to face terrorism on a daily basis, and they wish to eliminate the menace of terrorism as soon as possible. It may be fun for some to entertain LTTE, like Hon Keith Vaz has done, attending LTTE sponsored events, I can assure you that being a victim of terror and a victim of human rights abuse and even being hounded by so called protectors of human rights is no fun.
LTTE is a fascist, racist terror organisation, with a mission to carve out a racist state for Tamils in Sri Lanka. I am sure you are well aware that negotiations with Hitler did not produce any results. What makes you think that negotiations with LTTE, who only want absolute power will have a peaceful end to this conflict? For the past 32 years LTTE, always used peace time to rearm, regroup and prepare for the next war. Any future peace with LTTE will not be any different. The only way forward, to bring peace to Sri Lanka is to defeat LTTE militarily. Do you think nuclear bombing two Japanese cities leading to over 150000 deaths is not correct ? Do you think invasion of Afghanistan with many deaths could have been avoided with negotiations alone. As for Iraq, UK did not want negotiations at all, but asked for a regime change. Please remember media reports indicate over 600000 civilian deaths in Iraq.
As you are well aware, defeating fascist Hitler resulted in the deaths of millions. Prabhakaran has a mind set similar to that of Hitler and LTTE is similar to the Nazi party, racist and violent. Indeed LTTE have already carried out ethnic cleansing of Sinhalese and Muslims. There is a link between fund raising for terrorism in UK and the death and destruction in Sri Lanka. Rather than preach ‘talks’ to Sri Lanka, it would be much prudent and much fairer , if military support is given to Sri Lanka to defeat terrorism, as much of the funding for terrorism originates from UK.
I think the world need to know the truth. We need to treat all humans in a non violent fair manner.
Let us get some numbers into the picture. There are over 100 million Tamils worldwide. There are only 14 million Sinhalese worldwide and most of them are poor, voiceless defenceless peasants, who are struggling to survive on a poor income. LTTE is using their profits in excess of 200 million a year, collected from global Tamils, in their propaganda war against Sri Lanka (FBI). There are at least one million Tamil bogus refugees in Western countries, that fund the LTTE terror campaign. The one million bogus refugees fund a well planned, well organised propaganda campaign against Sri Lanka. LTTE has offices in countries around the world that lobby politicians and human rights groups, hold exhibitions etc. The defenceless peasants of Sri Lanka have no such voice in Western Countries. LTTE is on a mission to create a racist, fascist empire, by carving out a part of Sri Lanka. LTTE is after absolute power and have killed many democratic Tamil leaders, including the Tamil Sri Lankan Foreign minister Hon L Kadirgamar and the Tamil government Chief whip Hon Fernandopulley.
Now please work out for yourself who are the voiceless and who you should support.

Last year LTTE operatives were even caught trying to bribe US State Department Officials. What's next? They'll do anything to promote their "image" as the downtrodden, stepped-on, discriminated-against people of Sri Lanka. But is killing countless numbers of innocent people (don't forget, he kills innocent Tamils, too) really the warranted punishment for ancient sins that should have been resolved and forgotten centuries ago? Wake up, people’
It just amazes me, as to how you have allowed yourself to be deceived by LTTE. It is indeed time for you to wake up. By your statement, you have provided sympathy for the devil. You have
asked Sri Lanka to do something, you yourself would have not done, under

As a rule, the LTTE never admits to any criminal act. It took them 15 years to admit their role in the killing of Rajiv Gandhi. The human rights watch dogs and foreign funded NGOs with questionable agendas also keep mum, as they see no evil, hear no evil, and also remain tongue tied when it comes to atrocities on the part of the LTTE.
At this point, it is worthwhile drawing to your attention, the role played by various Human rights organisations. What is going on with these HR organisations ?. Do they have LTTE agents amongst them ? Whilst the people in Sri Lanka are undergoing immense hardship due to terrorism, AI are protesting against the Government. Many are concerned that AI has been infiltrated by LTTE agents. For example, media reports indicate that, AI director from the U.S. (Francis Boyle) represented the Tamil terrorists in Geneva in 2005 at a meeting with the E.U. Clearly, AI has been infiltrated by LTTE agents. Indeed the funding mechanism of AI make them an easy target for LTTE, with their profits in excess of 200 million dollars per year.
