Who Wants to Win the Hearts
and Minds of Tamil Nadu Tamils: Narayana?

In a published interview on Tuesday August 12th 2008, on the Strait
Times news paper, India's National Security Advisor, M.K. Narayana who
reports directly to the Indian Defense Minister quoted as saying, "Sri
Lanka must win the hearts and minds of Tamils, without it Sri Lanka
might win the battle but not the war." This is not the first time
Narayana made him self look like an idiot.
There are three categories of Tamils. First category is Tamils living
in Tamil Nadu. The second category is the Tamils living in countries
like UK, Australia Canada etc: The third category is the Tamils Living
in Sri Lanka. Government has already won the hearts and minds of Tamils
living in Eastern and Northern provinces, and there is ample evidence
of it seen and heard from the Tamils who are arriving from, terrorist
controlled areas. Tamils living in the rest of the country seems to
be comfortable because they have been living there for four or five
generations. Good example of the second category is Father Francis,
who was the bishop of Mannar and now living in Germany. Many like him
wait for an opportunity to request ridiculous demands, and then insult
the Sri Lanka government, call on the UN representatives, when their
requirements are not met. Why should any sensible government win their
hearts?
What Narayana did was to bundle all the three categories of Tamils
in to one group and generalized the issues that are involved, within
the separate groups, in to one group. This bundling of all three categories
was initiated by Jawarharlal Nehru in 1939 after his visit to then Ceylon,
to write the constitution dated July 25th 1939 and to create the Ceylon
India Congress (CIC). He wrote this declaration, when he realized that
most Tamils in Northern Province or living in predominantly Sinhala
areas did not want to associate with Tamil Nadu Tamils.
INDIRA GANDHI was not the person who originated this conflict; it was
her Father JAWARHARLAL NEHRU, way back in 1939.
Start of Tamil Conflict in Chronological Order:
1. Jawarharlal comes to then Ceylon in 1939 and writes a constitution
to create Ceylon India Congress (CIC), which later became CWC under
the leadership of Thondaman
2. Jawarharlal tells the Tamil Nadu Tamils; when India becomes independent
Ceylon will be an Indian Protectorate. Names a Tamil Nadu Tamil as the
governor and administrator of the Indian Protectorate.
3. Late D.S. Senanayaka, with his infinite wisdom, realizes what Jawarharlal
was planning to do, calls on Clement Attlee, then Prime Minister of
Great Britain and clearly states that majority Sinhala will never accept
Ceylon to be an Indian protectorate.
4. Clement Attlee finds out what Jawarharlal was doing in Tamil Nadu
and summons D. S. Senanayake. He then tells him to put a constitution
together for Ceylon and sends Lord Solbury to head the constitution
council, which will eventually lead to independent Ceylon.
5. Jawrharlal in his death bed tell his daughter Indira to brake up
Ceylon to two countries and create a Tamils only autonomous republic.
6. Now enters the wicked witch Indira Gandhi. After Mrs. Bandaranayake,
successfully secured the Katchativu Island to then Ceylon, Indira Gandhi
saw her father's dream of attaching Sri Lanka as an Indian protectorate
was slowly diminishing.
7. Indira Gandhi requests a retired Indian Intelligence Colonel, Ram,
to Start Terrorists training camps in Tamil Nadu for JVP Sinhala terrorists
and Prabhakan Tamil Terrorists.
8. These terrorists nearly toppled the Sri Lanka government. If not
for the brave effort of then minister of defense Ranjan Wijayaratne
Sri Lanka would have a Tamil dictator in the north and the south would
have a Sinhala dictator. No elections, thus creating an environment
for the Indians to invade Sri Lanka on the pretext of establishing democracy.
9. Late J. R. Jayawardana collects a set of patriotic intellectuals,
with the exception of Pramadase and Roney De Mel: Creates the Sri Lanka
republic and the constitution.
10. Rajive Gandhi saw his grand father's dream of attaching Ceylon
as an Indian protectorate was fading, thought the best way is to break
Sri Lanka in to two and attach the Northern and Eastern Provinces to
Tamil Nadu.
11. Rajeev Gandhi wrote the 13th amendment to Sri Lanka constitution
and sent it to J.R. eight months before the IPKF arrived. J.R. Jaywardane
edits and manipulates the 13th amendment, so that it can never be implemented.
All this was happening without the knowledge of his cabinet or the general
public. Here one can see how Indians lie and cheat when ever they get
the opportunity to do so. History is now repeating; Jawarharlal wrote
the constitution for Ceylon India Congress and his grand son Rajeev,
wrote the 13th amendment to the Sri Lanka constitution.
12. Rajeev Gandhi threatens J. R. Jayawardane and tells him if he does
not allow IPKF to come and occupy Northern and Eastern Provinces, peacefully,
India will come forcefully. Then will take over the parliament and change
the constitution to a parliamentary system so that Northern and Eastern
Provinces can be governed by Tamil Nadu.
13. Premadasa in the mean time gets the presidency and sees an opportunity
to make big money. Waits until Ranjan Wijayarathne goes to Pakistan
to purchases new weapons to the armed forces. Premadasa, then orders
the chief of staff and army field commanders to give all the weapons
that Prabhakaran requests, including military vehicles. (all the above
info was published as news at that time and it is nothing new)
14. Pramadase gets the money and Prabhakaran get the weapons. Pramadase
tells the general public the weapons were to be used by Prabharkara
to get rid of Indian military.
15. Prabhakaran with the military equipment received from the army
attacks unarmed civilians and monks. Carries out the massacres in Aranthalawa
and Kithultuduwa.
16. After Chandrika becomes president India tells her, that the Tamil
terrorist army is too powerful and cannot be defeated so she should
give Northern and Eastern provinces to be attached to Tamil Nadu as
clearly stated in 13th Amendment.
17. According to e-mails floating about at that time, the Cease Fire
Agreement arranged by Norwegians, gave the big money making opportunities
to Chandrika and Ranil.
18. What the naked eye cannot see is what Jawarharlal started, that
is alive today. Jawarharlal's great grand daughter wanted to keep the
great grand father's wish, make Sri Lanka an Indian protectorate, visited
the female suicide bomber in jail. Following; I do not have any proof,
but deduced from heuristics: Jawarharlal's great grand daughter, recently
visited the jailed female suicide bomber responsible for her father's
death. What transpired between them was apparently as follows: Can you
find some one to blow up any one of the three key figures, so as to
stop the military advance? I will leave this for the reader's discern.
What took India by surprise is the rapid advance of the Sri Lanka army
towards Killinochchi. First, India thought, after capturing Eastern
Province Sri Lanka army will go into hibernation, as has been in the
past because of international threats to send UN peace keeping forces.
Also, so called Donor countries will throttle the cash flow to Sri Lanka
and will be force to give in to the Tamil terrorists and start the peace
talks in Oslo. Remember the mantra "No side can win militarily"
the US ambassador and any US state department hierarchy person, as soon
as they set foot on Sri Lanka, first thing they said was the above mantra.
This mantra has now disappeared, so India is in a panic state and will
do any thing to stop the military advance that will eventually defeat
their territorial army.
Starting with President J. R. Jayawardhana up to the current President
Mahinda Rajapkse, India has done the following tactics to stop the military
victory over Tamil Terrorists: First, they openly say that the Tamil
terrorists are too powerful, well armed, and has a well disciplined
army larger than the Sri Lanka army. Next, is the mighty powerful Tamil
terrorist Navy with fast attack boats and human suicide under water
bombers that the Sri Lankan navy cannot match in any format. This is
the scare tactic. This worked well with all the presidents up to now.
Second comes the threatening phase. India threatens to bring UN peace
keeping forces, take over the parliament, appoint a puppet and make
him replace the constitution. N.K. Narayana, statement is nothing new.
