In the annals of Sri Lankan history there probably has never been a felt need as the present circumstances where an outlawed pariah group of terrorists still continue to believe in their idealogies as all terrorists do and indulge in attrocities, high crimes and misdemeanors against a Sovereign Nation and its citizens and surely need a helping hand towards projecting them to their ultimate demise with nothing spared that would stand in the way of this objective.

To think to the contrary would be foolhardy and there can be no interference permitted or tolerated by entities supportive of the LTTE, pragmatisats and armchair politicians indulging in the merits of peace and ahimsa where all stops need to be pulled, the Prevention of Terrorism and War Measures Act as well as a National Emergency re-introduced to initiate the wiping out of this menace with the purpose of eradication for good and viewed as a cancer eating into our beloved Motherland where there will indeed be a price to pay but when have there been gains without pains?

If there is any sense of patriotism in the fibres of all dedicated nation loving Sri Lankans this is the time to display it and stand together shoulder to shoulder, casting aside ethnicities, cultural and religious difference to thwart the common enemy! who are puny in numbers, ruthless in their modus operandi but containable with the proper direction, intelligence and efficient campaigning which has always resulted in the success of the larger and more powerful and legitimate organization, in this case the Government of Sri Lanka and the Armed Forces better equipped logistically, militarily and strategic intelligence wise given all the facts and figures.

There can be no prevaricating on this issue now and if it is a necessity it might be advisable to suppress the media which falsely exaggerates a situation to make world publicity towards their advantage and consequently restricts the legitimate efforts of the Ruling Entity to carry out operations smoothly with all the oohs and aahs likely to generate as false and misconceived sympathy from the more gullible around the world totally unaware of the real situation within Sri lanka.

The campaign to eliminate the LTTE needs therefore to be conducted within the confines of Sovereign Sri Lanka with little or no interference from extraneous sympathisers! as undemocratic as this may sound as there is no democracy, compassion or conscience relative to the LTTE in what they continue to do so why grant them an unnecessary reprieve and get killed in the process or be caught napping within a state of war and anarchy?

Resolving the terrorist problem now has to take top priority for the Government of Sri Lanka in order to restore the economic woes and disarray the nation has been subjected to for over 3 decades as a direct result of tolerating the LTTE in the hope that they could be rehabilitated and persuaded into laying down arms and negotiating a lasting peace in a civilized manner but the attempt to all intents and purposes has now categorically failed where it is upto the Administration to take the only steps necessary to ensure posterity for Sri Lanka and her future generations!

If examples need to be cited towards this objective one only needs to look around the world where global terrorism is being fought vehemently, unrelentingly and with all the force that can be mustered towards its elimination so why must Sri Lanka be an exception towards tolerance or is the expression better worded 'Stool Pigeon" for NGO objectives and aid donors and the real reason why the Nation's leadership cannot confront the LTTE and their ongoing attrocities beyond a token perspective where the USA are pounding away together with coalition forces both in Iraq and Afghanistan and Israel involved in like manner in their battle against the terrorists of Hamaz and Hezbollah!

All political parties need to unite behind this concept to eliminate the LTTE and grant the rightful means to their existences for all Sri Lankans whether they be Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims or other as the LTTE have proved time and time again that they are sub human degenerates disrespectful of human life who have no rightful place in any part of Sri Lanka, South Asia or the World per se as their dogma of annexing through terror for themselves what is not rightfully theirs is their own death warrant which was probably signed by their wimpish and degenerate leader when their terror group was first formed and has taken a long time towards manifestation.

It is an established reality that the LTTE do not even represent the entire Tamil community as they claim to as most freedom loving peaceful Tamils have condemned the LTTE openly as a wasteful and dangerous entity which could never redeem them from their woes and to the contrary are only capable of compounding them!!

One Nation, One Leader, One Army And Supportive Citizens Totally United To Overwhelm The Terrorist Menace must be the slogan and wassail needing to be echoed and re-echoed throughout Sri Lanka at a time when her morale needs to be unconditionally uplifted and the return of one of the bravest and most heroic military leaders ever, the resilient and astute Maj. Gen Sarath Fonseka who had faced all adversities and even placed his life at risk towards preserving the integrities surrounding Sovereign Sri Lanka and her right to exist is a huge boost towards the concept of wiping out the bi- ped Tigers and their rabid enterprises of degenerate worth!

Its now or never for Sri Lanka to overwhelm the terrorist menace given the circumstances.It is time all Sri Lankans ganered the energy and resolve needed to rally behing their Leader and Armed Forces to annihilate the wretched entity calling themselves the LTTE as they have neither mandate nor claim to any part of Sri Lanka and by sheer virtue of their terrorist guise laced in lies and innuendo to add to their CV have qualified themselves for elimination and about time all the powers governing the free world rallied round Sri Lanka to lend support towards this cause.

Rhetoric and lip service has to be shelved in order to execute efficiently the process which will permanently rout the "Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam" whose own need to be liberated from their existences now seems imperative in the best interests of Sri Lanka, the Entire Region of Asia and the World if it needs to be thus emphasized!
