Lately,the travelling circus of the LTTE seems to have many soap box orators with every good intention towards the well being of their terrorist organization! Some like Anton Balasingham have fallen by the waysde, others like SP Thamilselvam needs his lookouts to inform him if the coast is clear of the advancing Armed Forces before he even emerges to go to the toilet and his ignomoinious leader Prabhakaran seems to be burrowing deeper into the ground to avoid being hoisted up by his vitals in the manner of Saddam Hussein who was also pulled out of a hole in the ground! There are also reports that 'Prabha' is seeking safe passage out of the country to save his own hide and leave his LTTE behind in the manner of the veritable rat who deserts a sinking ship, something which must be prevented and the miserable wretch caught and brought to justice for his crimes against humanity!

Then there is some lunatic by name of Illyanthiran who has emerged as all mushrooms do out of nowhere, a clone of Daya Master perhaps who also seems to be contemplating his own oblivion before he is given a helping hand towards the cause by our men in military fatigues, someone who calls himself a 'military' spokes person of the LTTE, correction 'terrorists spokes person' being the right connotation and now takes on the bulk of voicing LTTE opinion in the absence of Thamiselvam allegedly gone into remission from a shockwave which has left him more impaired than he already was some months ago so there is no end to the LTTE voice engines in tandem albeit performing their last hurrahs before the Grim Reaper catches up with them!

At the helm of all the goings on at Sri Lanka's highest administrative level in the wake of the Independence Day Celebrations the President as usual has been very sincere in having extended an invitation to the political proxy of the LTTE the TNA to come clean and join mainstream politics which is also an extension of congeniality to the LTTE which many analysts believe is a wasted effort and a futile one given the attitude of the LTTE who continue regardless in their terrorist guise.It has become very apparent that they intend to pursue their quest for desperate survival now more than ever before while casting aside the needs of the Tamil community which they falsely claim to represent.

The whippersnapper mentalitied Illyanthiran whom many knowledgeable people within the Tamil community dub an impetuous inexperienced pup and greenhorn on behalf of the The LTTE has scoffed at President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s address to the nation at the Independence Day celebrations and has stated with typical LTTE arrogance that the President's speech was of no importance to the LTTE terrorist organisation.Very rightly so say! the more discerning in these matters as the greater importance for the LTTE now seems to dig themselves out of the hole they have got themselves into where running from the Armed Forces perhaps is the greater priority than responding to the pragmatism of the President or the needs of the Tamil people!!

Elaborating on the ignominious LTTE terrorist spokesperson I. Illanthirayan's arrogance he has said that the speech made by the President did not contain any 'substance' and was of no importance to the Tigers."There was nothing for us to be interested in his speech. Therefore, we do not consider it as anything important," he has said which by itself is a garbled statement attesting to the confusion of the man which in turn translates to the confusions of the LTTE and nothing to be too alarmed about beyond the usual cautions and preventive measures needing to be taken to confront and thwart every LTTE attempt to infiltrate into Sinhala populated areas and all their attempts to disrupt the day to day existences of Sri Lanka's citizens who hold them in total contempt. Furthermore it provides the carte blanche for the Armed Forces to pursue them and do away with their operations permanently and perhaps a regrettable attitude for the LTTE who have been given an opportunity they really do not deserve to repreive thenselves and have rejected it unequivocally towards their great disadvantage as they plummet headlong towards their own ignominious end and a certain eventuality according to many military analysts.

Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksha in urging the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) to join the government to solve the ethnic crisis in the country has been very considerate in his motivations towards this move and the rebuttal given in response by the LTTE is a clear indication of the direction they are headed in.The President has appealed to all democratic forces to place the motherland before one’s family, race, religion or political party in the national agenda and has directly appealed to the TNA represented in parliament, who have been unresponsive.So is this a real representation of the the innocent Tamil people of the north ( now that the East has virtually been cleared of the LTTE menace) desperately needing be liberated from terrorist intimidation and the misdeeds of violence whose silence has spoken louder than words that their real agenda is towards uplifting the LTTE terrorists rather than bringing freedom to the Tamil community haplessly ensconced within the miseries inflicted upon them by the LTTE?

Beyond the usual Presidential pragmatism there has been genuine compassion in his entreaties where he has been quoted as saying " If you are anguished in fear and anxiety; and lack in human freedom, however much democratic the political ideology you claim to follow, I must state in all honesty that none of you are free men," and to have rejected this on the part of the TNA, Illyanthiran and anyone else claiming to represent the Tamils of Sri Lanka seem apathetic where they should now prepare to face the consequences and the Tamils needing to find better representation than a terror backed political entity who encroached their way into Parliament!

Now that the East to a greater part has been liberated from the clutches of the terrorists as the result of a powerful and progressive march by Sri Lanka's Armed Forces regardless of the barkings of the likes of Illyanthiran who also claims to have a stockpile of weapons wrested from the Armed Forces in what appears to be a falsified presentation of an exaggerated perspective which is a well know trait of LTTE bluff, the march must continue and the North together with Kilinochchi the domain of Prabhakaran's infamous bunkers needing to be cleared so that the ordinary Tamil people who have lived there for centuries could return to their normal lives with no compromises with the LTTE terrorists who have perhaps turned their back on the last bastion of hope for them through rejecting the Presidents invitation to lay down arms and join mainstream Sri Lankan society towards a normal order of democratic existence! In hindsight this might be fortuitous for Sri Lanka where there are no further compunctions towards eliminating the LTTE Terrorists.
