An Immune System Needed Against The 'Human Viruses' That Attack The Sri Lankan Administration!

Perhaps it is high time the Sri Lankan Administration built an immune system to the human viruses that keep attacking it not only from sources foreign but those within as it is becoming painfully obvious that there are many anti-government sources more interested in their own personal agendas who would like nothing better than to discredit the Rajapaksha Administration through false portrayals and innuendo created just with the objective of regaining administrative power in mind and the reprisals for such a mentality can only be evaluated in a manner of being harmful for those misled by these attempts to understand comprehensively as they could contribute collectively towards an unprecedented downfall and disintegration of the Sinhala Nation if permitted credence and leeway.
Although politics is in some perspectives a dirty game nowhere is it dirtier than in Sri Lanka today where the 'dog eat dog ' mentality is exemplified beyond all norms and a shameful recurrence each time an opposition party such as the UNP and its allies having been ignominiously booted out of office the last time around show neither decorum nor scruples in how they want to regain power from the ruling party.The stop at nothing attempts to discredit the Government at every turn has become so commonplace today in Sri Lanka that it even seems to be having a psychological effect on the Administration which sometimes shows a degree of weakness over the intimidations thrown at them whereas it would seem better off had they stood their ground with emboldened justifications rather than backtracking on Administrative decisions in contrition with apologies to match as has been the case relative to the expulsions of terrorist supportive Tamils from Colombo where unnecessary egg all over governmental faces has become the focal point of a lot of unnecessary ridicule and the real culprits responsible namely the opposition factions appear to be chuckling in glee when it is their own doing which propagated the LTTE infiltrators into Colombo in the first place and in all probabilities need to be indicted for premeditated treason against a Sovereign Nation as thats what it is tantamount to!!
At this very moment Sri Lanka is being subjected to the scrutiny of the world by way of subsequent eyebrows raised for the actions of the enemies of the State within Sri Lanka in the form of all the opposition parties in assent with Ranil Wickremasinghe and the rest of his ilk who have dared exaggerate the realities of a nation in desperate need to wipe out a terrorist threat where his supportive voices from oceans away as well as ithin their own quorum oif stragglers have joined the chorus to drag down the nation and its lawmakers some of whom have even reneged against the Government at the highest legal level to censure and caution the chief executive officer of the land. Curiously though the President together with his prime minister appear to have capitulated to the very objectives of the enemy, proclaimed public apologies for their actions and have even ordered back some of the scum that had no right to be where they were as breaking news has just come in that intelligence sources have uncovered a scheme for a massive attack on Colombo Harbour planned by the LTTE where in the end it may become pretty obvious as to who will have the last laugh over the Government's willy nilly response to a cacophony of international confusion of their own making! the terrorists themselves!
Close on the heels of the anti gvernment protagonists are the criminals of the LTTE whose infiltrations into the international media have been so cleverly manipulated that the blinkered International Community or at least a part of it has been gullible enough to accept the sob stories of the criminals over the credibilities of legitimate sources within Sri Lanka. having painted a grossly distorted picture of such pronouncements as the masses of suffering Tamils which the world still does not recognize as victims of the LTTE as the ultimate reality to which are added the further distorted portrayals of human rights violations through the fabrications of NGO inspired foreign dignitaries some of whom could scarecely distinguish the North and East of Sri Lanka from the Thames Estuary by virtue of their blinkered vision and anomalies which are turning out to be catastrophic as it catches the attention of the global community.The villification of Sovereign Sri Lanka by her natural enemies seems to know know bounds in this respect!
In the simplest of terms the frustrations of the opposition factions have induced them to unleash a tirade of fury and anger broadcast around the world against Sri Lanka's Defence Sources doing a praiseworthy and brilliant job in executing an effective programme to combat terrorism which is evidently seen as taming the Tigers systematically by those who know the attrocities and pogroms against the Sinhala Nation, the LTTE terrorists have indulged in the past and there can be no second guessing as to what their next move to commit murder, mayhem and carnage might be.A very appropriate quote towards the significance of this by a very prominent and respected professional analyst whose perceptions by far override the worthless meanderings of the opposition despots suggests in all wisdom that" Any Sri Lankan with a minuscule trace of patriotic feeling within his blood stream will realise to what extent the opposition and its leader are behaving today in a most selfish and unpatriotic manner little realising that they are there to be seen and get branded themselves as 'traitors' in the eyes of the general public."
To contradict the apprehensions of the critics of the Rajapaksha Administration where wrongful conclusions have been drawn that the President prefers to indulge in nepotism rather than entrust the responsibilities of national security to better qualified personnel( hopefully not a revitalised and rehabilitated Anuruddha Ratwatte!) it has to be argued by way of many analogies drawn on an international stage that a known, trusted and reliable personage with all the credentials to match to execute the related duties is wisdom over biodata and work history which if entrusted to the wrong source could prove to be tragically wrong in these days and times of modern day Machiavellian subterfuge.
Consequently the question might be asked once again quoting the previous source of wisdom refered to earlier", So what is wrong with the President appointing a Defence Secretary who is loyal to him, who has been an experienced military officer and someone who has been in the battlefield before, qualified to hold such a responsible position ? Gotabhaya Rajapakse is well known as an Army Officer and Gentleman, who has fought hard battles, from the front defence lines, moving with the ordinary soldier, shoulder to shoulder, to exterminate the LTTE." the last being the key phrase towards what Sri Lanka needs in this most testing of times in collaboration with the wisdoms of the collective strategies of all the Armed Forces!
Ther selective choices of the President as appointees of his trusted Administration has indeed served the Nation well since his inauguration albeit most unfortunately a nation which prefers to drag down any politician by way of an idiosyncratic aberration handed down through generations of political upheaval and wayward skepticism by the pretenders to a righteous administration who have had their turn but have screwed up the works big time!
This seems time appropriate for the Rajapaksha Administration with its able pilot Mahinda to steer in the right direction to overrun all the demons before him including the foreign pundits whose meddling at the best of times is more disconcerting and disruptive towards the real progress Sri Lanka needs towards posterity where the foremost priority has to be the complete elimination of the LTTE terrorists!
For the holier than though entreaties of a depleted opposition led by its leader in ubiquitous confusion, popping up in ther manner of a Jack In The Box at the most unexpected places including covert cells of LTTE supportive congregations it must be said that great nation building was never accomplished with the help of traitors and their consorts who despite seeing the mendaciousness and criminalities of their adversaries prefer to smooch their derrieres towards their own ambitions!
