The Mainstream LTTE Could Never Be Recognized In A Polarised Sri Lanka!

As prevarications about the path to a proper and lasting peace in Sri Lanka by the ruling party continues, the stark reality that the Nation of majority Sinhalese and its monority communities predominantly theTamils and Muslims are inter dependent on one another towards maintaining a peaceful co-existence stands out, giving no prominence or imprtance to the LTTE whatsoever being an outlawed unrelenting terrorist group, internationally condemned outlawed and proscribed and hence a new set of priorities may soon surface in this land so filled with turbulences by virtue of its unsettled ethnic interface where terrorism has taken such a pathetic toll of human lives and public and private property where the non recognition of ther LTTE may take pride of place towards resolution.
Realistically over the years it has become apparent that the LTTE have no designs relative to the purity and sincerity of objectives towards the well being of Sri Lanka where a pretended representation of the minority Tamils and the impure backing of a global diaspora partial to their ill concieved terrorist idealogies have carried them this far is, becoming more and more apparent towards their transparencies surfacing of late through their own actions together with the many chinks in their armour, and circumspect decision making pointing towards confusion and disarray together with the splits in their rank and file which present day intelligence sources indicate as multi directional as is their internecine warfare and killings of opposition to their direction indicative perhaps that they are well on their way towards complete demise as the World and the Sri Lankan Nation knows them.

There is every prudence therefore towards the exploitation of this confusion and disarray so often indicated in the recent rhetoric of the LTTE where the normal peace loving non terrorist supportiveTamil population needs to be convinced of the wisdom and prudence of their anti LTTE direction. Any anti LTTE sentiment and agitation wherever it surfaces even in a small perspective in predominantly Tamil populated areas of Sri Lanka may be the key ingredient towards exploitation of the moral justification towards eliminating the terrorist nature of the LTTE and the inception of a path synonymous to a lasting peace as well as the complete eradication of the LTTE in the long term and a point in time for ponderance by the Status Quo of Administrative Sri Lanka.

Consequently there is much to be said in favour of digressing from the present trend by the Administration to palaver to demands of the LTTE and their illgained parliamentary proxy the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) with particular reference to the ISGA where the singlemost Governmental priority should be strengthening a non LTTE Tamil Democracy and fomenting the necessity towards its continuity with no place of recognition for the Likes of Velupillai Pirapaharan of S.P.Thamilchelvam who represent the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam only as prima facie terrorists and should never be considered a representation of the ordinary Tamil Commumity far removed from any terrorist affiliation other than through coercion or intimidation! Realistically and in the minds of many qualified analysts this could be the only means to the survival of the Sinhala Nation within the infrastructure of a unitarily democratic Sri Lanka and a simple matter of approaching the LTTE Strengths ( if any) with intent to defeating them through their weaknesses which at the present time seems multi faceted!

Given all the available ingredients towards a strengthening of the non LTTE supportive Tamils within Sri Lanka today together with the credence and acceptance of groups such as the TULF, the EPDP and the TIVM (Tamileela United Liberation Front – the new party formed through the amalgamation of the ENDLF and Col. Karuna’s TMVP) which are all anti LTTE, there seems to be an incandescent hope that these are the most likely ingredients towards dealing with the inappropriate and objectionable presence of the LTTE where ties between the Sinhalese and Tamils could be fortified to a degree of invincibility and a realistic future for all peace loving Sri Lankans and the vermin within the Wanni calling themselved the mainstream LTTE eliminated while ensuring the rights of its natural fauna towards their existences.Sri Lanka cannot be completely free and peaceful idealogically unless the mainstream LTTE are permanently removed from the face of Sri Lanka which seems to be fast becoming a foregone conclusion.

It must also be borne in mind by any Sri Lankan Administration that any considerations towards the ISGA in its present format would be a concession towards a de-facto Eelam where democracy and pluralism will more than likely fly out the window of the neo fascist dictates of the LTTE and should never even be a hypothetical consideration, a point which needs to be hammered into the reasoning of any hierarchial dissentors where the dangers of such reasoning would further complicate an already complicated situation at a time when the LTTE seem to be losing their grip on their identity, in as far as their credibilities are concerned.

Democratic Sri Lanka is not for bifurcation by mendacious terrorists who have no claim towards fully or partially representing decent peace loving Tamils or any alignment with peace by its real definition and the sooner they get the hang of its reality the better off they will be! In the simplest of terms there should never be any recognition of Velupillai Pirapaharan's LTTE in any polarized Sri Lankan Society where the existence of all peace loving people need to be guarranteed as terrorist free!
