What has come to be recognized universally as a voice engine of the terrorist group LTTE , the website TamilNet in collusion with the other major LTTE proxy the TNA who virtually scammed their way into the Sri Lankan Parliament have on Saturday, 22 September 2007, protested collectively that the Sri Lankan Government had discarded negotiating a settlement to the island’s ethnic conflict which is the furthest from the truth as the negotiations were practically trashed by the LTTE to a point where the Government of Sri Lanka chose not to palaver to a bunch of murderers and chose to tread a path conducive towards eliminating them as the best alternative towarfs Sri Lankan posterity!

It now seems somewhat ludicrous that a bunch of duplicitous and corrupt politicians the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) are representative of, have had the nerve to urge the international community to take a principled stand on the Tamil people’s right to self determination.Ludicrous because it has long since been established that neither the LTTE nor the TNA by way of their openly colluding with the terrorists have any right to restitution in the matter which belongs as a sole entitlement of the non terrorist supportive Tamil people of Sri Lanka (and there are many in this category in an overwhelming capacity to moot!) where the allegations by these terrorist supportives relative to the so called humanitarian and human rights 'crisis' they have cited in the wake of Colombo’s military stand towards eliminating terrorism becomes Sine Qua Non as the conflict of interest applicable to the TNA sticks out like a sore thumb.

Realistically they have no voice in the matter whatsoever unless they are in a capacity to persuade the LTTE to lay down arms and align with the Sri Lankan Administration politically towards the necessary pluralities and a coming together of all ethnicities and something which the LTTE by way of ignorance and obstinacy will never cpmprehend! When the TNA also argue that “the Sri Lankan State will not conform to international norms or standards, they seem to be talking through their hats where the reference to the International Community taking meaningful steps becomes somewhat of a joke as the meaningful steps the International Community would normally take can only be in a direction which would support Sri Lanka's war against terrorism and the internal armed insurrections of the LTTE which have plagued the Island Nation for decades now! It is based upon World Consensus in case the TNA have forgotten!There is no question nor any need for the Sri Lankan State to be made to realize that it cannot continue with the present' disastrous' trend as the only disasters pending are tantamouunt to what the Nation will be faced with should the LTTE be permitted Carte Blanche to continue as terorrists!”

The latest TNA statement, released two days before President Mahinda Rajapakse is due to address the United Nations’ General Assembly predictably becomes one which is intended to discredit and smear the Sri Lankan President's good name at a time crucial to the well being of Sri Lanka relative to how the United Nations will be presented with the state of well being of Sri Lanka by her President as the most credible source towards the task and not through the bleatings of some flybynight Tamil Political source who entered the Sri Lankan parliament through the back door as well as having evil intentions towards the Nation by virtue of their liasons with the terrorists!

The TNA as well as its supportives such as Tamilnet finds it a bitter pill to swallow that President Mahinda Rajapaksa is to address the Plenary of the Sixty Second Session of the United Nations General Assembly where it has indeed been the long standing practice of the Sri Lankan State to use such opportunities to portray the conflict between the LTTE terrorists who are pretenders as guardians to a non existent Tamil Nation within Sovereign Sri Lanka where unquestionably the Sri Lankan State continues to combat terrorism as a just cause. In this regard the TNA can only be stifled towards any derogatory comments against the leader of the Nation of Sri Lanka as they have no entitlement to contradict the democratic policies of the President which to all intents and purposes encompass the rights of all Sri lankans including the Tamils with the exception of the terrorists and their supportives quite logically!

That the minorityTamil people of Sri Lanka ( less than 25% of the Nations total populace) have a history of their own as invaders from Dravidian South India and migrant workers brought in during the reign of the British Raj, where a reference to the suggestion that they have had entitlements for over two thousand five hundred years in the island is purely speculative and bears no consequence to the inherant rights of the Sinhala Nation which incidentally prevail over them at all times(relative to the time frame quoted and perhaps even more) as well as by way of sheer numbers and the process of democratic elections relative to Sri Lanka's Sovereignity as supplimentations of the theme.It is granted nonetheless that it is the Tamil community which inhabits the North – Eastern part of the island together with a fair sized Muslim community often ostracized and ethnically cleansed by the incumbent Tamils supportive towards LTTE terrorism where both ethnicities have their own linguistic and cultural identities, but have never had any entitlements to any distinct nation, which rights belongs to the distinctive historical mosaic of the Sinhala Nation which will prevail for generations to come.

What the Sri Lankan President will present to the United Nations in his address in part is an irrefutable statement of the realities which continue to plague Sri Lanka where the elimination of the terrorists towards posterity will in all probabilities be Hobson's choice as they have disentitled themselves towards any recognition as civilized human beings compassionate towards their fellow men and women and the TNA in being supportive of such mendacious terrorists have thrown in their lot with the terrorists and expose their weak underbelly towards the cause!

The United Nations Organization needs to be made aware of what the LTTE and their voice engines such as Tamil Net and the TNA pose as threats to the Sovereign Nation of Sri Lanka through their continued innuendo and fabrications which in collaboration with certain members of the Opposition parties within Sri Lanka in recent times have become a clarion of lies and a false portrayals to the world, as opposed to the gains and inroads the present Administration of Mahinda Rajapaksha has created towards nation building, world recognition and the distinct prominence of many Sri Lankan enterprises which have been unequivocally applauded and praised by the more discering within the International Community or a greater part thereof and it is perhaps to the sullied residue of such totally unaware of the truth, that the likes of the TNA and Tamilnet are making their unjustified pleas to!

May their aspirations in this respect crumble towards the greater cause of justice and the well being of the Sinhala Nation within which all etnicities are bound to flourish through the direction and policies of the present administration and its illustrious Leader!
