ජනාධිපති බලගතු තීරණයක්‌ ගනී

කීර්ති වර්ණකුලසූරිය, සමන් ගමගේ සහ චමින්ද සිල්වා උපුටා ගැන්ම දිවයින
නව ආණ්‌ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්‌ථාවක්‌ සැකසීම සඳහා වන ව්‍යවස්‌ථාදායක අනුකමිටුවේ නිර්දේශ පිළිනොගැනීමට ජනාධිපති මෛත්රිපාල සිරිසේන මහතා තීරණය කර ඇත. මේ බව ගෝලීය ශ්රී ලාංකික සංසදයේ නියෝජිත පිරිසක්‌ සමඟ 22 වැනිදා පැවැත්වූ සාකච්ඡාවකදී හෙතෙම ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබේ.
මෙතෙක්‌ ශ්රී ලංකාව ඒකීය රාජ්‍යයක්‌ ලෙස හැඳින්වුවද ව්‍යවස්‌ථාදායක අනුකමිටුව මගින් එය එක්‌සත් රාජ්‍යයක්‌ ලෙස නම් කළ යුතු බවට නිර්දේශ කර ඇති බවත් එමගින් රට විනාශකාරී තැනකට තල්ලු විය හැකි බවත් ගෝලීය සංසදය මගින් ජනාධිපතිවරයාට පෙන්වා දී ඇත.
එක්‌සත් ශ්රී ලංකාවක්‌ ලෙස නම් කර, පොලිස්, ඉඩම් බලතල පළාත් සභාවලට ලබාදීමෙන් රට කැබැලිවලට කැඩී යැමේ අවදානමක්‌ පවතින බව එම සංසදය ජනාධිපති මෛත්රිපාල සිරිසේන මහතාට පෙන්වා දී තිබේ.
මෙම අනුකමිටු නිර්දේශ සම්බන්ධයෙන් තම නියෝජිතයන් ජනාධිපතිගෙන් දීර්ඝ වශයෙන් විමසූ අවස්‌ථාවේ මේ බව පැවසූ බව ගෝලීය ශ්රී ලාංකික සංසදයේ සම්බන්ධීකාරක නීතිඥ නුවන් බෙල්ලන්තුඩාව මහතා පැවසීය.
මේ සම්බන්ධව කරුණු දක්‌වමින් ශ්‍රීලනිපය ද මෙම නිර්දේශ ප්‍රතික්‍ෂේප කරන බව ජනාධිපතිවරයා වැඩිදුරටත් පවසා ඇත. එසේම මෙම ව්‍යවස්‌ථා අනුකමිටු නිර්දේශ පාර්ලිමේන්තුව වෙත යොමුකිරීමට ක්‍රියා නොකරන බව ද ජනාධිපති සිරිසේන මහතා පැවසුවේ යෑයි බෙල්ලන්තුඩාව මහතා කීය.
මෙම ව්‍යවස්‌ථාදායක අනුකමිටු නිර්දේශ ගැන අගමැති රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා හා විපක්‍ෂ නායක ආර්. සම්බන්ධන් සහ ජවිපෙ සමඟ ද සාකච්ඡා කිරීමට ක්‍රියා කරන බව ද ඒ මහතා කියා සිටියේය.

මෙම වංචාවේ මහ මොළකරු ලෙස හැදින්වෙන අභිෂේක් ජෝශි නම් වූ 37 හැවිරිදි BBA උපාධිධාරීයා ගෝවේ නගරයේදී ලංකාවේ ජනාධිපතිවරයා හමුවී ඇති අතර ලංකාවේ ප්‍රධාන පෙළේ නිලධාරින් සමඟ මුල්‍යමය ආයතනයක් ලංකාවේ ස්ථාපිත කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා ද පවත්වා ඇත.
පරීක්ෂණ වලදී පොලිස් මෙහෙයුම් කණ්ඩායම අනාවරණය කර ගෙන ඇති අතර ලංකාවේ බැංකු ශාඛාව ආරම්භ කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව එවැනිම වංචාවක් සිදු කිරීමට ඔහු සැළසුම් කර ඇත.
එසේම බදාදා දිනයේදී ඉන්දීය රුපියල් කෝටි 16 ක මුදලක් වංචාකිරීමට අමතරව මෙම සමුපකාර බැංකුවේ නිලධාරින් විසින් ඉන්දීය රුපියල් කෝටි 1.38 වටිනා හොර මුදල් තොගයක්ද හුවමාරු කර ඇති බවට මෙහෙයුම් කණ්ඩායම අනාවරණය කරගෙන ඇත. ඒ අනුව එම කණ්ඩායම විසින් එම බැංකුවේ ජේෂ්ඨ විධායක නිලධාරියා, හිටපු සභාපතිවරයා, වර්තමාන සභාපතිවරයා හා මෙම වංචාවේ මහමොළකරු යන පස්දෙනා අත්අඩංගුවට ගෙන ඇත.
අභිෂේක් ජෝශි යන පුද්ගලයා සමස්ත වංචාවෙම ප්‍රධාන සැළසුම්කරු බවට පෙනෙන්නට තිබේ. එසේම හොද ඉංග්‍රිසි භාෂා ඥාණයකින්ද ඔහු සමන්විත වේ.
පරීක්ෂණ වලදි පොලිස් මෙහෙයුම් කණ්ඩායම විසින් ජෝශි ජනාධිපති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා සමඟ සිටින ඡායාරූපයක් ද සොයා ගෙන ඇත.
“අපි සොයා ගෙන ඇති පරිදි චූදිත අභිෂේක් ලංකාවට ගොස් ඇති අතර එහිදී ලංකාවේ බැංකුවක් ආරම්භ කිරීමට ඇති සම්භාවිතාව පිළිබඳව ද සොයා බලා ඇත. එසේම අපි මෙම චූදිතයා ලංකාවේ ජනාධිපති සමග සිටින ඡායාරූපයක්ද සොයා ගෙන ඇත. එසේම ඔහු ලංකාවේ ප්‍රධාන පෙලේ පරිපාලන නිලධාරින් කිහිපදෙනෙකු සමඟ ද සමීප සබඳතාවයන් ගොඩ නගා ගෙන ඇත,” පරීක්ෂණ කණ්ඩායමේ නිලධාරියෙන් තම නිර්නාමික බව යන කොන්දේසිය මත පවසා සිටියා.
මේ පිළිබඳව අදහස් දැක්වූ පොලිස්පති M.N දිනේෂ් පවසා සිටියේ ” මේ ගැටළුව පිළිබඳව සෑම කෝණයකින්ම පරීක්ෂණ පවත්වමින් සිටින බවත් සොයා ගනු ලැබූ විවිධ කරුණු පිළිබදව සහතික කරගැනීම් අවශ්‍ය බවත් ය.”

Sirisena is NOT UNP.
IF Sira actually OPPOSES the F-CONSTITUTION we should support him. That makes him the BIGGEST PATRIOT in recent times.
UNP supports F-CONSTITUTION.
JO supports LLRC REPORT. LLRC says DEVOLVE MORE POWER THAN 13 AMENDMENT.
Both are same.
The new F-CONSTITUTION should be voted in parliament. Then people can see who the REAL PATRIOTS are (those who actually vote AGAINST it) and who the REAL TRAITORS (those who do NOT vote against it).
Out of 225 MPs ONLY 1 opposed 19 amendment.
Out of 150 MPs only 1 opposed 13 amendment.
But there SUPPOSED to be over 50 patriots!!! Where?

Absolutely untrustworthy. Nothing President Sirisena says is serious. He has cornered himself into a trap and now there is no escape from it.
He cannot even dissolve the parliament as 19A gives a guaranteed life of 5 years for the parliament. UNP is not letting him deliver on his promises to make him unpopular. UNP also tactfully releases Sirisena’s opponents in the SLFP to divide the party.
President Sirisena is in a conundrum. The best way out is to change the Prime Minister, get most JO MPs into his side by giving them ministries now given to the UNP, get JVP to support his government and poach some UNP MPs into his new administration with ministries (CWC and SLMC MPs will be part of whatever government). And he must regain popularity by punishing those he promised to punish including bank robbers Mahendrans.

Agree with Dilrook but Sira cannot easily do the action mentioned in his last para. Some JO MP’s too have serious fraud charges and they don’t trust Sira.
He can run the country without parliament for few months and change a lot of things !

Sirisena talks …he is incapable of taking any decisions in the Yahapalanaya Government. It is Ranil who takes decisions and vetoes Sirisena’s meek suggestions. Sirisena is not SLFP. He only pretends to lead the SLFP. He thinks he has a debt to Ranil for making him the President. Therefore he is there to help Ranil get the SLFP votes to carry out his agenda.
The foolish SLFP goons following Sirisena obey him without posing questions. That is how Ranil got the Budget passed with a two third majority. Sirisena will help Ranil with the SLFP votes to pass the proposed Constitution with a two third majority.
Sirisena is a foolish man dependent on Ranil.

Lorenzo,you are not quite correct on LLRC. Mahinda Rajapakse has made it abundantly clear that some the recommendations in the LLRC report are not practical those can not be implemented.
Sirisena duped the JO members in to voting for the 19thA promising that he will see to the 20thA being passed.
The 13th was also passed in a similar manner. MP’s were forced to vote for the amendment with undated resignation letters.
