BOTH INDIA AND PAKISTAN THINK THAT SRI LANKA HAS PROVIDED EXAMPLE TO THE WORLD AS HOW TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM

Indian High Commissioner in Sri Lanka, Alok Prasad delivering his countryƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s independence day message said Sri Lanka has become An example to eliminate terrorism for India as well as the rest of the world.

Pakistan has also expressed similar sentiments regarding the elimination of terrorism earlier.

Both India and Pakistan are two countries in the subcontinent who are gravely suffering from terrorism having adverse effects on their economies.

There is also widespread belief in the subcontinent that the former colonial powers are in toe with some terrorist movements in the geographical area.

The Indian High Commissioner in Sri Lanka Alok Prasad delivering the countryƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s independence message paid complements to Sri Lanka for eliminating terrorism from the country.

He was addressing the 63rd Independence Day of India held at the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka.

At this celebration the Independence Day message of Prathibha Patel was also read out. The Indian President#s message also said elimination of terrorism is essential to create world peace. The Indian President noted that terrorism which targets innocent people is against all religions and beliefs. A large number of Indian citizens in Sri Lanka participated in the celebration.
