Sri Lanka Leading Environmentalist , Mr Piyal Parakrama was passed away ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 3rd March after a sudden illness. He was one of leading figures behind the three decades of contemporaryƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Environmental protection struggle/ movement in Sri Lanka.

His Funeral procession will be held on Tomorrow ; Saturday 6th march 2010 in Borella public cemetery..time 16:30 hrs
