CHILDREN ATTACK PRINCIPAL ON CHILDRENS’ DAY.
Posted on October 3rd, 2012

Susantha Wijesinghe.

This is a very sad day for 98% of the Parents whose children attend School. Possibly it is a handful of parents who together with their children, took unto themselves to denigrateƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the law of the Land,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ by ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ attacking a Principal who went, just to perform his duty. The whole episode is shocking, and nauseating, and this College will go down in history, for fostering Hooliganism, if those complicit are not punished. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is not the incoming nor outgoing Principals’ fault. It is clearly visible that Parents incited their Children to attack the Principal, and Vandalize School and Private property. The Video clearly shows Children throwing stones onto the Principals car.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is very laudable for the Police to charge all Parents and other Inciters for Vandalism and Assault.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ AppreciateƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Police action.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Administration can effect a transfer, when necessary. Parents and their children have no authority to contest. It appears that somebody wanted the incumbent Principal to stay for some underlying personal reason, and it is thisƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ one person who incited the Hooliganism, with a hidden agenda.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ During my School Days if such an event took place, all the Students would be expelled the next day. It is my point of view that the Education Ministry should view the video, and recommend that the Students who participated in the attack, on the New Principal, be expelled. There is convincing and compelling Video evidence of the Hooliganism enacted by children and Parents.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ LET THIS BE THE LAST ATTACK ON A PRINCIPAL OR ON ANY TEACHER~~~LECTURER, BY HOOLIGAN CHILDREN OF HOOLIGAN PARENTS, IN THIS BEAUTIFUL ISLAND OF SRI LANKA.

When Morality declines in a society, the rich and powerful takes control of the resources by unfair means, lack of respect among communities; are some of the signs of an impending catastrophe. A violent temper will ignite hatred, burn respect & turn all hopes of happiness to ashes. If the Parents themselves lack respect to Elders and Teachers, how can we expect Discipline from their Kids; the future leaders of the nation. The world suffers a lot. Not because of the violence of bad people, but because of the silence of good people.

Through lawless behavior, the ordinary people will sink deeper into unhappiness and poverty. The loss of morality & ethics in a group, is a loss for all of humanity.
