   There’s nothing wrong with the language here. The letter says that the three ministers (Ravi K, Kabir H and Malik S) had a meeting with the Central Bank Governor of the time. Everybody knows that the CBG was none other than Arjun Mahendran. A ‘To Whom It May Concern’ letter does not specify the person it is addressed to. The heading ‘To Whom………….’ means whoever it is relevant to. It cannot be addressed to the CBG, although the words ‘Governor Central Bank’ appear at the beginning, underlined like a heading. Besides, why should the Finance Minister (the writer of the letter) inform the very person he had a meeting with in the company of two of his cabinet colleagues that they had a meeting with that person? Was the CBG in a coma, or something, during this event? But you can’t have a meeting with a person who is in an unconscious state! Probably, Ravi K was sending this letter to a superior who is clandestinely supervising these machinations. Let’s hope that the document is not put into the waste-paper basket merely on the ground that it lacks authenticity. There cannot be any doubt in any moderately intelligent person’s mind that the undated letter is a product of Ravi K’s usually criminal craftiness.
