Sri Lanka should implement ONE NATION, ONE PEOPLE, ONE SRI LANKA policy. This may sound a bit Lee Kuan Yew like or a little like Pauline Hanson but more than anything else it is the Mahinda Chintanaya. There may be people who do not love the country, but we should not allow them the freedom of ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-subversive public speechƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚. Public speech includes speaking to journalists. Vicious, Subversive and racists ideas cannot be allowed to flow freely, destabilizing the country. If someone is inviting a foreign country to interfere in sovereign Sri Lanka, he should be immediately arrested. That alone is sufficient to arrest not only Fonseka but also Wickremasinghe. In recent the history, is there any politician in any developed country who yelled other countries (orƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ international community ) to interfere in their own countries affairs? Even the Australian aborigines whose land has been dug out and treasures sold in open market to earn the wealth what the country possess now, do not make such statements.
Why TNA are racist? Firstly it starts with the word ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-TamilƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚. But there are other parties with the party name starting with ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-MuslimƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-SihalaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ or even ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-EeelaamƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚. Why did Sri Lanka allowed this to happen?
Leaving aside the name for now, all the members of TNA publically attended subversive rallies with terrorist king Prabhakaran, with or without his presence. Anyone associated with Osama Bin Laden is now in jail, either in Guantanamo Bay ,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in Australia or in UK. Why these members of TNA are not only free but making public statements complaining people from another race have temporarily arrived in ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-theirƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ area. Is Sri Lanka is the same as old South Africa where blacks (majority) were not allowed to move to the areas forcefully allocated to the privileged white?
TNA are racist because they are openly saying a race other than theirs is migrating to ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-their areasƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚. They are openly ordering the armed forces that are there to protect the country from terrorist, not to bring their families to ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-theirƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ land even before they arrive. These families should actually be given free beachside luxury housing, top schooling and the best facilities for the sacrifices they have made by saving the motherland form vicious terrorist. Those who are crying with this fear should be terrorist themselves. They should be arrested.
Racist and subversive elements cannot be allowed to raise the head Sri Lanka again. Whether it is DNA or TNA or it is a woman or a man these elements shall be dealt with.

I agree. In 1962 or thereabouts, Nehru put an end to South Indian dreams of breaking away and forming a separate state by making it illegal to make such demands. No doubt there was a fuss then but in time it has been become part of the accepted consititutional arrangements. So, let’s not keep pussy footing about this; face the situation squarely and address it decisively, once and for all.

Can you imagine SF sitting with the TNA guys and planning to overthrow the Sri Lankan government, even by elections!

When Dinesh Gunawardene, the minister of Parlimentary Affairs, tried to bring a law to ban all the parties with religious, language, or separatist names, Government and Opposition did not support that proposal.
Here many cries to ban TAMIL parties but they keep silence with the Sinhala parties and persons who worked with LTTE.
If Costas of Portugeuse origin are still in Sri lanka, it is better to have Sellasamy and Kannusamy in Sri Lanka. If these Costas, Pereras and other Portugeuse origins are CATHOLICS, they must question why their CHURCH praised the LTTE as DIVINE SOLDIERS OF CHRIST!
Now a Fr.S.J. Emmanuel is the leader of the Global Tamil Forum. He was the Vicar General of Jaffna Diocese. The same person praised the LTTE as the DIVINE SOLDIERS OF CHRIST.
Who are those DIVINE SOLDIERS OF CHRIST? The spanish, Portugeuse killers of other people in the invaded territories, were praised by then POPE as the DIVINE SOLDIERS OF CHRIST.
Now the POPE in Vatican, a NAZI, barked that HINDUISM and BUDDHISM are not religions. Vatican declared that India and Sri Lanka will be converted to Catholic Religion before the end of this century.
The Sri lankan catholic church supported and directed LTTE as the first step of establishing a CATHOLIC ENCLVE in Sri Lanka because all the HINDU TAMIL leaders were eliminated by LTTE. Ranil who is a Christian and carved out an area for LTTE. LTTE helped Ranil to become the leader of the UNP by killing all the seniors in the UNP.
Sinhala Catholics are silent on the activities of the Tamil Catholic Church which openely support LTTE criminals.
Vatican sacked the Catholic priests in Nicaragua for supporting Sandinista but Vatican is silent and still support the Tamil Catholic priests who allied with LTTE criminals. Why cannot POPE remove the Catholic priests who allied with LTTE?
I hope Sinhala Catholic Pereras, Silvas and others will ask POPE to remove the TAMIL LTTE priests if they are honest and peace lovers!

There is no question of names or origins here.
The issue is racism in politics. By dragging totally irrelevant nonsense some Fonseka (Fonseka and Don Juan Ranil too are portuguese!!) type jokers are trying to dilute the core issue.
Core issue is racism in politics no matter what race it is.
Ban these racists and we will have fewer problems.
