The Biggest Con Artist is None Other than Sonali Samarasinghe of Sundry Leader Notoriety!

Does Federica Janz know whoƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ a con artist is? The dictionary meaning is someone who lies in order to make people give him/her money. Is it not what the Sundry Leader do every Sunday since the time of its founder who led a life of lies, damn lies, deceit and sin? Lying for a few million rupees is the breadwinner for all the con artists at the Sundry Leader.
The award for the best con artist surely went to the dirty concubine Sonali Samarasinghe for penning the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”posthumousƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ editorial after her paramour who was the editor in chief of the paper died. Her conning was so near perfect that she won an award for it! She took the world for a ride making them believe the editorial was penned by Lasantha Wickrematunge ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” her paramour – whereas in reality she wrote it and published it. That is not all; she instantaneously became Sonali Samarasinghe Wickrematunge following the murder of Lasantha Wickrematunge! Until his death, she went only as Sonali Samarasinghe and never used the Wickrematunge surname.
She worked with Lasantha for 10 years, went for a posh Sri Lanka government job in Australia in 2003 with married man Lasantha by her side, married him on 7 November 2008 and within two months of their wedding, Lasantha died. Lasantha obviously had a big insurance policy given the threats he claimed he was subjected to. And he died within just two months of his second marriage. What happened to the insurance claim which was paid out? ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Who can match such performance!
By now, she certainly would have added a few more names to her name or would be involved with innumerable unnamed partners true to her character. The big insurance payment will give her a very comfortable life and she will not have to work again. Janz who has inherited this legacy now calls an honest politician a con artist to cover this naked reality. People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.

It was “mr clean” Ranilam who got Sonali the cushy job at the Australian HC on Lasantha’s request.
Lasantha was always Ranilams “brain” in many ways.
Sonali was worse than having a Tamil racist as our HC (like the ones in London, Bonn and Paris back in 1983), she spread her usual religiously driven racist Colombian style hate mongering that just could not be out done if any Tamil tried, entirely because “she is Sinhalese” (yeah right).
Not to forget all the parties she ran with the whole HC building flooded in the stench of alcohol.
When Asiantribune was running a series exposing these frauds back in (September) 2007 Sonali & Lasantha quickly sued the paper/site from multiple countries and put a thick injunction on it (they even attempted to put an injunction on the injunction).
These are the people who cry for “media freedom” and complain about being taken to courts when they lie and defame out of their own personal vendettas, twisted thinking and lack of moral discipline.
The best part is how these unscrupulous frauds capitalised on Lasanthas death (he won’t be missed) to propel themselves into “international” fame.
Which in itself shows the nature of the Colombian clique and how despicable they.
And most intriguing of course is that after hounding non-stop about that morons death including heart breaking tales of this “hero editor of the people” -Times of London (hero to who? Which people? Colombians i guess?) from Western media, and then it surfaces that their new messiah Fonseka was responsible, all the drum beating and eulogising was suddenly dropped. Now with Fonseka being mostly a useless tool (they got what they wanted from that foul mouth ugly traitor) and rejected by the people TWICE, tales of Lasantha reverberate now and again to make a “point” about “free media”. Even though we all know Sri Lanka has so much free media that any trash some clown makes up (does not even need to be a proper journalist) no matter how dubious is published as though fact and with unquestionable evidence to back it up, elsewhere in the world and in particular the West who lectures us and these traitors and scum always worship and who BOTH tell us to emulate such “journalism” would never be tolerated.

Raju is absolutely correct in his reply. They moan about media freedom, as anyone knows, anyone can write what he or she wants and forward it to LT, LG, and many others which are sewers as much as the SL to get published.

machung ill agree with one thing the only reason Sonali is now famous is because she married Lasantha and she never used the Wickrematunge name before and only now because she wants to be world famous and Lasantha is the most famous Sri Lankan internationally and now she is building a platform off
Lasantha.

Sonali S is able to con only those who don’t know of her unsavoury past, so she is making the most of lasantha’s death in foreign climes. In Sri Lanka, most people are aware of her dirty scandalous deeds. After a lifetime of affairs with married men, she clung on to Lasantha like a limpet and didn’t le go however much the man tried to shake her off. She saw him as her ticket to the fame and power she had sought all her life and didnt care two hoots that he was a married man with 3 young kids. She pursued him for years and finally tightened the noose. The best thing that happened to her was his death because then she was free to feed off his name and bask in all the reflected glory that came with perks and lucre.
The biggest idiots in this story are those who have ‘fallen’ for her ‘sad widow fighting for what Lasantha stod for’ kind of pathetic lines! She didn’t care tuppence even for him. The likes of her, love only themselves.
Nothing gained wrongfully lasts long. Sonali will one day have to face her sins.
