OPEN LETTER TO BAN KI MOON -YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED

My dear Mr.Moon,
You have appointed a panel of experts to investigate into internal affairs of sovereign country Sri Lanka without first consulting and obtaining authorisation from the UNSC or the UNOƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s General Assembly.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You are the Secretary General and not the CEO.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ As the panel of experts is not appointed or authorised by the above mentioned instrumentalities, the panel of experts is illegal in the first place.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Furthermore, the host country vehemently disapproves your appointment of the panel.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ There is worldwide agitation that the panel is illegal.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The expertƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s integrity and their sincerity have been challenged.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Thereby their findings and the report of the remote control panel will have no validity. In Judge JudyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s court, it will be thrown out of the window.
There is enough and more speculation that you are biased against Sri Lanka and you are being noosed by the corrupt and racists UNO ambassadors.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ There has been no request by anybody to investigate into the war crimes committed by Sri Lanka when UNSC has openly debated and cleared Sri Lanka of any war crimes.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Therefore your back door method is contempt of UNSC.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ If there is any code of conduct at all governing the ambassadors and the Secretary General, you must be severely dealt with.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Your motive is very clear that you are determined to frame charges against Sri Lanka by hook or by crook. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ There is a very strong feeling amongst the peace loving people of the world that you are supporting terrorism in Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ There is also doubt if your objectives are sincere and certainly financially strong pro Terrorist Tamil Diaspora has bought you over.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Japanese peace envoy and Chairman of the Co-chairs indirectly told you to hands off Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Russia told you politely, Sri Lanka can handle its own internal affairs.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ China said diplomatically to stay away from the internal affairs of Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Iran said your action is unwarranted.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 118 countries objected to your illegal panel of dogs.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Netherlands expressed its concern in your interference into internal affairs of a member country of the UNO.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You donƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t seem to be listening.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You change your stance in order to gain access by hook or by crook. Once you said the panel of dogs will first look at the atrocities of the Terrorists.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ What have you been doing for 27 years?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Now that the BLOODY TERRORISTS are buried in the Nandicadal Lagoon who are you going to frame charges against?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ When that trick did not work now you are trying another trick:ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ it is only a limited engagementƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Who are you kidding Moon.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Limited or Unlimited engagement, you have been warned your illegal panel of rouges are not welcomed in Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You have no executive powers Moon to appoint a panel of experts to interfere into internal affairs of a sovereign country a member country of the UNO.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Moon you are selected to serve the United Nations and not to take sides and harass countries that you do not like.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Your action does not show your unbiased attitude. Your intention is very clear that you want to secure the second term in office. To win the second term you cannot go against the west.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Therefore you must toe the line with the west.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Moon I notice your tongue is wearing out while the nose is getting blunt.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ I shall send you a bale of hay and take you to the vet.

I said in an earlier esponse re. this subject, that Secretary General must be taken to task for acting in vialation of procedures and bringing disrepute to UNO. The name of the game of the disruptive elements who survive as NGOs is “infiltration”. The LTTE and all other such outfits do this in large scale. They infiltrate into various Governments and other world bodies through their proxies and “brain-wash” the authorities to disrupt prevailing sanity and bring chaos. If those in authority do not identify these tactics well in advance, it is no wonder, they fall a prey and act some times in the most destructive fashion.
This is what has happened in the present case of the Secretary General who had ventured into appointing this panel. The adverse effect of this action has fallen in two wide areas. Fistly, this has undermined the “truth and reconcillation” proces in Sri Lanka and created an environment of “no trust” between the two major communities as seen by the “accusation” and “denials” that are circulating in the media. Instead of helping this country to rebuild, the UNO is pre-occupied with fact finding, that also of “last hour” matters relating to the so called “war”which destroyed a member coutry for three decades. What was UNO doing, when one party was freely and openly engaged in killing scores of innocent civilians in the name of “seperate state” and challenging a democratically elected government? The next serious effect is the disruption it has caused in the economic development of the country. The Government has to battle this action of the UNO and maintain goodwill and confidence of the investers and other countries. So we see here that this action has successfully disrupted the Government and brought in chaos in the day to day running of it affairs.
So we see clearly that the “infiltration” at the highest level has succeeded and the holder of the highest position in the world body has fallen a prey. For this serious lapse, he should be made answerable and Sri Lanaka, being a member of this world body must resort to appropriate action against him.
