UNP and JVP pawns on the political checkerboard of American CIA for a Regime Change in Sri Lanka

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ People of Sri Lanka should be warned ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ that JVP and UNP are playing a role in favour of USA and the anti Sri Lanka Western Countries to destabilise the government and a possible regime change.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Both UNP and JVP ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ have the fear that if the government becomes more popular with the peopleƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  they may have to wait for a long time to gain political power into their own hands.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ UNP and JVP had been hell bent to take the people away from their allegiance to the President and the Government, using the high cost of living ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ due to rising cost of fuel and gas as the bait.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ But UNP and JVP are either not intelligent enough to understand that there is a greater dangerƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  being prepared by USA and the West, or they have already been bought over by the CIA to start uprisings of the people ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in the line of those manifestations ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ inƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen to create an artificial civil war .ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ JVP and UNP knowing that all the manifestations they organiseƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  against the Government of the President Mahinda RajapakseƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  will not have theirƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  desired effect ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  forcing the President and the Government to resign, seem to have decided to turn even to the devil himself to have their ambition fulfilled.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ UNP is easily manipulated by the West as Ranil is well known as a stooge of the West. ButƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  so far JVP seemed to have kept themselves away from forming an alliance with the UNP.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  But recently Mangala Samaraweera said that there were unofficial talks with the JVP to bring it to join with the UNP for a larger opposition front to fight against the President and the Government.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ In the meantime the upcoming TNA strong man Suresh Premachandran had said thatƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  they willƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  join with the main opposition UNP to forma aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  common political front against the Government.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The UNP ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ which had earlier announced that it would hold its May Day rally in Jaffna along with New Left Front of Wickremabahu Karunaratne, Western PeoplesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ Front of Mano Ganeshan, Socialist Equality Party of Sirithunga Jayasuriya and the New Sinhala Urumaya now joins hands with TNA to make a larger anti government movement.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ TNA strong man Suresh Premachandran had said, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  People in the north and the south have been battered by the rising cost of living. The poor, irrespective of where they live, have been affected by high prices of essential commodities. The price increase of kerosene has created extreme difficulties for the estate people,ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ PremachandranƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  had ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ forewarned that the rupee would further depreciate in the coming weeks and without a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”generous salary increaseƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the people will have to go to bed on their empty bellies.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢

He ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ had also said that the issue of a political solution to address grievances of ethnic minorities was not taken up in initial discussions. ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-But we read in the newspapers that the UNP has called on the government to implement the LLRC recommendations. We have also asked the government to do the same.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

In this situation it is not advisable for the government to call ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the people to manifest in favour of the government as, ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ if there were to be a confrontation between the pro governmentƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  manifestationsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and anti government manifestationsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  it would be an ideal situation for the CIA of AmericaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and the RAW of India to mix in the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-meleeƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ to create a sort of aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  peoplesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ struggle. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ If the government were then to call the Armed Forces to control the situation it wouldƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  help those behind the scene to create an artificialƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  peoples manifestation against the government.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The West waiting for such an event will create chaos, and who knows perhaps arming the anti government manifestants may eventuallyƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  get the NATO to ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- bomb Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ as they did in Libya.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Is that what our Marxist JVP wants to happen ?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Is that what Sajith Premadasa, Karu Jayasuriya and the UNP want to happen in Sri Lanka ?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ These are the possible outcome ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  continuous manifestations against the governmentƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the President Mahinda Rajapakse ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and his government who had removed the danger of terrorism, and made it safe for antigovernment opposition to organiseƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  manifestations.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The government should stop the evolution of such aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  situation by speaking to the political leaders ( leaving out the TNA) and explain the real situation in Geneva which the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-foolishƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ people like Tilvin Silva , Lal Kantha, Tissa Attanayake, Lakshman Kiriella and the rest of them who have not graspedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the gravity of the situation. .

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Tissa ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Attanayake isƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  a political fanatic .ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He sees nothing beyondƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  forming a UNP government.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The gathering storms of foreign intervention in the affairs of Sri LankaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  do not seem to be his concern. He .had said ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ that the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-UNP is going to Jaffna to challenge the militarization of the north.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ He has accused the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ government for ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ suppressing ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”the fundamental rights of the people in JaffnaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Speaking about a common political front he had said, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦the proposed common front is not an electoral alliance but one in which the constituent parties would work together in parliament and outside against ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-undemocratic rule of the government.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He had confirmed unofficial talks with the JVP

Attanayake had also saidƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  that the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- the common front would launch a series of island wide protests and two protests would be held ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” in Hatton on March 14 and in Kandy on March 29.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

These political evolutions do not auger well for Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s position in Geneva to fight off the USA moves toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  call for accountability and other sinister moves that would follow the USA resolution against Sri Lanka.

It is crystal clear that the funds are coming from the CIA and Indian RAW. Jayalalitha’s attempt to create a mayhem in Kachchtev Island yesterday (03-07-12) was nearly successful, but at Delft Island it was successful and the special task force had to crush it. Read Tamilnet.com

Petrol prices have gone up due mostly to SPECULATION. Listen to this presentation at : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHKi1N6rglk

Various Opposition members will try to get their way using the price hike in essentials (due to rising gas costs) to rouse the public. The citizens of Lanka had best be aware of the facts before they go along with ‘spin doctors’. Even in the developed countries, there are price rises of consumer goods for the same reason.

  3. Fran Diaz Says:

It is also a strange coincidence that crime & violence escalates rapidly in Lanka whenever attacks are made on Lanka at international level. Wither Patriotism in Lanka !

Children should be taught Patriotism to their mother country at an early age. Start an Oath of Allegiance to Lanka for all children, MPs, armed forces, voters at voting time, govt. workers, etc.

This is also a good time to stop all corruption in Lanka.
Everyone gains when we have peace in Lanka.

One reason, why Sri Lanka cannot settle problems is two major political parties UNP and UPFA are co-operating with each other on those issues; they try to undercut and use Tamils to favour their side. As long as we do that, we will never solve these problems.

See, US is highly bureaucratic and every one is very greedy. Yet, when it comes foreign countries related issues which is the most important for their superiority, every politician in the US is united and they get together to pass laws.

Why, Sri Lankan politicians can not get together and present as one front.

That is why Tamil politicians exploit us.

I think, they all should get together and abolish the 13th amendment and should implement some of the recommendations in LLRC.

IF they did not double cross each other we should have enjoyed even the war victory without any problems. We proved we can not enjoy it; instead we divided into groups and began to undermine each other. So, our enemies around us laugh at us.

Problem is in Sri Lanka Tamils want to be a separate entity. In America Barack Obama won because the Black Africans did not ask for a separate homeland .
They did not pedal an ethnic difference but united with the majority whites for political equality.

Why cannot it happen in Sri Lanka ?

Because the Tamils do not want to accept the Sinhala as the majority and cooperate with the Sinhala for a United Nation of Sri Lankans , as the Black Africans did in America and allowed a Black African to become the President.
