We should shut the whole country down and wait …..

It looks like that the government is either failing to solve the ongoing problems or they do not care,It is high time that the chief executive of the country takes matters on to his hand .Ministers may be playing a double game by not trying to solve the issues ,Doctors have fallen to the level of three wheeler drivers. Bus owners have taken the people and the government for a ride” and  to ransom. We ,law abiding g citizens are watching how some people try to disrupt day to day life .

Whether the CEO likes  or not he has to be strong and decisive .I remember what I did as the CEO of the large company when over 1500 workers started hooting when I was doing the yard rounds.

I took  a bold decision so that they will never ever do such a thing to insult the new CEO.I just the closed yard and gates next day morning .All of they came to work and found that they were locked out .We may have lost few millions ,but they were begging to return to work .Reason being  that ,when they leave home well dressed to go to work wife and children eagerly wait for him to bring bread for the dinner .I taught them a good lesson and it worked .

CEO of the country should deploy army and commandeer all private buses and prohibit three wheelers coming to Colombo beyond certain check points in the periphery .All private buses to be run by army ,navy and air force so that bus owners lose income to pay financing g dues .If and when they become unruly impose emergency and punish them .

During JVP reign of terror government was decisive. The terror was suppressed and culprits were annihilated. Same thing was repeated with Terrorism with Tigers

Another way to give relief to the people is to deploy all the vehicles owned  by ministers .MP,s and their convoys to transport people unit bus owners and three wheeler owners come to senses .

Let us do this .Otherwise we are doomed

    Dr. Sarath,

“Let us do this .Otherwise we are doomed”

This is an absurd statement, demanding dictatorial actions from MS.

You want the people to be shot like what happened at Ratupaswela or baton charged?. People are protesting because a Rs 25,000.00 fine is being imposed on many types of traffic offences. FM is doing it because there is no money in the treasury. Why there is no money?. That is because he does things like releasing 400 odd luxury vehicles with virtually no tax and his PM organized and robbed the treasury. On top of that they spend billions for importing luxury cars for MPs and on all sorts of wasteful expenditure. When people do no see any action by the law enforcement agents on bond scams etc.,it is only natural that they rise against the government. Why should the people pay such hefty fines that you do not find anywhere else in the world. I have a feeling that the gosl is following someone elses agenda and punishing people, just like jailing clergy and Ranawiruwos. My guess is that there will be many more such punitive action on the people by the unpatriotic UNP government if they continue to keep quiet.
No wonder the people hooted at you at your work place.
