   දෙමල “ඩයස්පෝරාව”ඉන්දියානු අදිරදයේ තවත් නිපයුමක්. මැලේසියාවේ තානාපතිට ගැහව්වේ දෙමල ඩයස්පෝරාවද? මුන් ඔක්කොම ඉම්දියානු පරපෝසිතයන්ය. අපිට කෙලින්නේ ඉන්දියානු අදිරදයත් අපේ රටේත් ලෝකයපුරාත් සිටින ඉන්දියානු පරපෝසිතයන්ය. මෙය වටහාගන්නාතුරු සින්හල බොදු, මුස්ලිම් හා කිතු අපිට ගැලවීමක් නැත.

   Law will not be Implemented Against Ampitiye Sumanarathana Thera Says Justice Minister Wijedasa Rajapakshe who will go to Batticaloa to “Shape” Matters.

   Buddha Sasana and Justice Minister Dr. Wijayadasa Rajapaksa said he would visit Batticaloa to discuss and settle the religious dispute that has been cropped up in the area.

   He made this comment in response to a question raised by TNA MP S. Viyalendran during the committee stage of the debate of ‘Budget 2017’ in Parliament today.

   The TNA MP asked the Justice Minister why the government was not taking action against Ampitiye Sumanarathana Thera of Sri Mangalarama Viharaya in Batticaloa, for his recent abusive remarks against the Tamils and Muslims.

   The Minister had replied that he was aware of the incident and that he regretted its occurrence: “It is not that we cannot implement the law strictly against such acts.

   But knowing the sensitivity of these issues, we are trying our best to iron out any mistrust between the communities through negotiation,” the Justice Minister said.

   “We will come there and I invite you all to be there as well. Do not misunderstand. We are worried as much as you all about these incidents that damage the national unity.

   However, we act with restraint to make sure that these problems do not propagate,” he told the TNA MP.

   The Minister in his speech also said the four ministers holding portfolios relevant to religion were sitting as a committee to discuss about the recent religious tensions in the country: “We have been meeting all the religious leaders with the President in the chair and we will come up shortly with a suitable mechanism deal with these issues, ” he said.

   After the NEW CON-STITUTION there will be a HINDUSTAN in the north, PAKISTAN in the east and a MULTIFAITHSTAN (aka MODAYASTAN) in the rest.

   Guardian gods of SL must save SL BEFORE the marriage is registered.

   SL should also get ready for the AVA-ISIS war like the Endia-Pakistan war. Pitting these 2 terrorist groups against each other is the BEST defence for SL. NO war crimes for SLs. NO cost for SL (Endia and Saudi will look after).

   A timely warning. We all know Muslims are not the main threat faced by the nation. Tamils have aroused Muslims and Sinhalese into conflict so that they can get ahead. 1915 Muslim-Sinhala disturbances were exploited by Tamils. Pretending to stand for Sinhalese (and Muslims separately), Tamils gained the upper hand and claimed top posts that proved disastrous for the nation later. Fortunately, Muslims and Sinhalese soon realized the folly and patched up.

   Good relationship prevailed for decades thereafter which proved extremely beneficial to fight off Tamil terrorists. In late 1980s Tamils tried hard to stir-up tensions between the two groups but failed. Sadly, they succeeded in 2001 to drive a wedge using the Mawanella and Pallethalawinna incidents. The result was LTTE gaining upper hand and CFA. Thankfully, sanity returned by 2004.

   Good relations lasted until 2014 when once again Tamils succeeded in creating friction. Beruwala incident damaged goodwill and once again helped Tamils push their Singapore Principles on Sri Lanka. Seeing that Muslims are the most vocal against Tamil Eelam through constitutional gimmicks, Tamils are at their old game again. Sadly, some foolish Sinhalese have fallen for their ploy. I’m at a loss to understand why BBS goes soft on Tamil terrorists and where BBS was hiding during the war!

   No party managed to win an election without considerable (emphasised) Muslim support since 1947. UNP always won with large Muslim support. When SLFP toppled UNP regimes in 1956, 1970, 1994 and 2004, they managed to muster considerable Muslim support. This is not the case with Tamils. Parties won elections comfortably without Tamil support (1956, 1970, 1977, 1982, 1988, 1989, 1999, 2000, 2004, 2005 and 2010 twice). Even if politicians and their apologists don’t appreciate national security implications of the need to have good relations with Muslims (as explained in above paragraphs), they must get into their thick heads the need to win considerable Muslim support if they want their favourite politicians to win.

   Muslim support is the deciding factor in defeating the openly federal constitution. If Tamils manage to win Muslim support, the new constitution passes. Perennial enemy of Sinhalese and Buddhism in the island (and in Sikhim, India, Nepal, etc.) has been south Indians following Hinduism, truth to be told. Aware of this fact, ancient Lankan rulers teamed up with Muslims, including the Caliphate to defend the island nation against dozens of south Indian invasions and the Portuguese invasion.

   In India under Modi there is reclaim Hinduism. Muslims and Buddhists are coerced and forced to become Hindus. Hindus see Muslims as their enemies. So they will try whatever means to destroy them as they do to Sinhalese.

   Lorenzo Thanks: I feel you know the Truth. There will be Hindustan in the North, East and in the Middle (Malaynadu). The rest will be a Socialist State most probably under Front Line Socialists. All third States of the Indian Empire like Mauritius and Guyana.

   I thank the editor for posting this. We must think with our brains and create a broad front if Sri Lanka is to overcome the federal constitution challenge which if implemented will be the end of Sri Lanka for sure and Sri Lanka will be in pieces. To preserve this unitary status of Sri Lanka, whoever is moderate and patriotic should join together with the majority Sinhala people and we should let this treacherous government know that Sri Lanka has always been a unitary state and should remain so. We are by the way, already quasi federal what with the 13th amendment and that is more than sufficient to address any decentralization of power issues. Even the 13th amendment is too far in in some ways.
