Great achievement for Sri Lanka despite neighbouring India has already commercialised heart transplant operations and very popular among patients from Middle East .
Please note all of the participating doctors are originated from rural areas ,had their primary school education from Galle, Matara, Ampara and Agalawatte etc.
Even though they had their primary and secondary education in Sinhala medium, it was very strange to note that some of them could not express in Sinhala properly. After working in England for couple years they have lost the sinhala vocabulary.
