Why doesn’t the government arrest Siovajilingam?

It was flashed in news papers that Sivajilingam b-in-law of Prabhakaran making a public protest against a Court order denouncing it.
If this Government was so quick in sending Galabodaatte Gnanasara for six years to jail on a flimsy issue why cant the it arrest this man Is it not defamation of court to make such derogatory public speeches for a Tamil tiger. At the same time has he not violated the law of the land and by engaging in activities in front of the law enforcing authorities. Does the Government consider all his anti government activities as not going against the so-called much hyped reconciliation policies of this government
Why this duplicity of having two policies and two laws. One for the Tamils and another for the Sinhalese and more particularly for Buddhist clergy who form the Bed rock foundation of this 2500 year old nation.
Does the Government wants to bury the Sinhala nation for the sake of temporary political power to quench its sadistic political mania.against the Sinhala Buddhists?
