Indian hypocrisy and hypocrites exposed !

The United Nations Human Rights Council on 21 Thursday adopted the US sponsored resolution against Sri Lanka. From the 47 member council, 25 voted with the US, 13 against, 8 abstained and one wasƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ absent. So there were 22 who could not be bullied by the mighty US. As expected, the expert in playing double games, India, stood humbly and obedientlyƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ by the US. There was nothing new in the Indian envoys speech except repetitions of what the Tamil diaspora and the TNA are saying.
Malaysia withstood pressure by the ‘World’s policeman’ and abstained. True to form, the Pakistan envoy backed Sri Lanka to the hilt.

The stand taken by India is disgusting. India’s attitude is not surprising because she had always played hide and seek with Sri Lanka. The question asked from India is, ‘Will India tolerate external intervention in domestic issues?’ In relation to Sri Lanka the US and its cohorts have made accusations based on unsubstantiated allegations. Sri Lanka, a sovereign state, fought a war against the world’s No. 1 terrorists and decimated them.

The US must be ashamed that with all its might, power and pressure, she could muster only 25 votes out of 47. Sonia and The Congress must be happy that by voting against Sri Lanka, the govt could survive until the next elections, with the support of Karunanidhi and Jayalalithaa.

The oil-ridden US is creating wars all over the world, just for their own gain….forcing entire countries their way… where are the “resolutions” against the USA? These hypocrites have bought their way into the UN and ‘provide aid’ for poor countries to ensure their safety at the UN.

One day someone will table a resolution against these hypocrites.

After India’s betrayal in Geneva (2nd time) the government should have criticised India. We must show we have a backbone and that we are a proud people. To see a newspaper photo today where two of our important ministers opening a trade fair with the Indian high Commissioner yesterday in Colombo, shows we do not care about the betrayal (note India cancelled the defence conference with Sri Lanka). India (and also the US) know they can do anything bad to Sri Lanka and can get away with them. Next year they will give us a severe punishment, we may continue to embrace them.

We have no right to consider ourselves a proud nation anymore considering the way we are prostituting ourselves to our enemies.
Shame, shame and yet again, shame.

My Indian Myna from Melbourne says:

Kenneth Roth the Excecutive Director of Human Rights Watch facilitated by ABC character and doctorate student @ Monash Wahlid Ali dicussed Human Rights in the region on 21 March Thursday 12.30 pm @ Level 26, 181 Willium Street, Melbourne sponsored by Human Rights Law Centre and Ashurst, an International Law firm.
Ali started with Burma and concluded with Sri Lanka. Mr Roth parroted what India and its terrorist outfit tell the world. There were hardly any Tamils there but Trevor Grant (the cricket writer who bats and bowls for Tamils and India) was there to represent both Indian intelligence service and the Tamils. I hear that, probably there was a one Tamil thangachchi to make sure Trevor was doing what he was paid for.
Roth was silent and lost for words when one asked him about India’s involement and the fact India provided explosives for Tamil terrorist to make improvised explosive devices by the terrorists in blowing up Sinhalese, Moors, Burghers and Malay civillians but not a single Indian or a Tamil. He privately conceded that HRW has taken the side of India and they get a lot of donations from wealthy Indians in the US and elsewhere.
